Absolutely terrible service
TLDR: Restaurant denied table even after doing a paid Booking on Swiggy. Upon being told to leave, we were provided no valet assistance in torrential rains and had to make our way to the parking. ZERO customer servicing empathy. Extremely Rude and negligent management.
Had booked a table for 4 through the PAID booking offering of Swiggy. Upon arrival, we were kept standing for better part of 30 minutes under a small makeshift canopy outside the restaurant all the while it was pouring down torrentially outside. The gatekeepers, apparently, were taking everybody in except us. Upon further investigation the bonafide âMain Manâof the management told us that they canât offer us a table because they are sold out and stating that the bottom line is they have nothing for us, we have to leave. All the while other guests kept arriving.
The management told us Swiggy is beyond their control, they canât close the bookings tab from their end on the app and every booking gets auto accepted. Now all this is fine, but on a counter argument that the restaurant can at-least inform us that they have been sold out and cannot serve us, the reply was âWe canât see whether a booking gets auto accepted on Swiggy automatically. So we canât communicate to the guests.â This in our opinion was a sham reply. All restaurant booking aggregators share the details of the customer to the restaurant for further communications. A blatant lie and negligence from the management.
Mind you, while all this is happening the rain has not slowed a bit. We made a final request to assist us a valet for our car. But apparently all the Valetâs were extremely busy to serving the guests that were arriving to the restaurant.
Absolutely ZERO empathy towards customers.
Update: Had a word with Swiggy regarding this. The Swiggy customer support stated that the restaurant has denied the occurrence of any such event. Honestly the restaurant stooped to its lowest level with the indecency first and then the completely incompetent management goes its way to lie to the Swiggy customer care.
Hopeless, pathetic, ignorant and...

Firstly the ambience, was amazing. The seating is quite comfortable and layout outside is very well made. Big groups as well as small table of 2 can seat here.
The service was extremely fast and the food came on time. The mocktails as well as cocktails were pretty good. And the starters came in about 10 minutes after ordering.
Now lastly the food, we had quite a few starters, the lotus stem chips were absolutely amazing, the best finger food to enjoy with your drink.
The sushi was about a 8/10 I think it lacked some taste, but still the ingredients were quite fresh.
The chettinad chicken tacos were an amazing fusion dish. The flavour was really good but personally it was a little oily for me. But still good!!
The aachari macchi had amazing flavours and textures. Definitely try this out!
The bacon thecha spring roll had a very smoky and deep flavour of bacon. Which I love. But the spring roll wrapper was thick and chewy not crispy.
Finally the main course, DEFINITELY try their nasi goreng we had the prawn one. It was honestly the best nasi goreng Iâve had in Pune. The flavours were so on point. And it was served with everything including the prawn cracker and fried egg.
The orange chicken was not as good. The flavours were nice if you like sweet and tangy food but the chicken should have been crispier.
Overall I had a really good experience, definitely...
Read moreOur experience at Qora was nothing short of a disaster. Having been to the restaurant twice, I can confidently say that it does not deserve your time or money.
Our first visit was marred by sheer incompetence. We were shuffled from one table to another multiple times for reasons best known to the staff, leading us to leave in frustration. Despite this, we decided to give Qora another chance â a mistake we deeply regret.
For our second visit, we booked through Dineout, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, we were met with absolute chaos. Upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant was hosting a baby shower and had "forgotten" to turn off their bookings. The staff's attitude was nothing short of abominable â they were extremely rude and unapologetic, and told us to go sit in a corner outside in this heat.
Travelling to Koregaon Park with family, only to be turned away, was both inconvenient and infuriating. The lack of communication and the sheer disregard for customers was astounding. Qora clearly has no respect for its patrons and operates with a shocking level of unprofessionalism.
In summary, Qora offers a very bad experience and zero value for customers. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and...
