Sankalp Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Pune

I visited this restaurant on 15/8/2025. The food was delicious, especially the soup, which I would highly recommend. The starter was decent and worth trying.

However, the service was exceptionally slow. My party and I arrived around 2:50 PM and placed our order between 3:05 PM and 3:10 PM. We were the only customers on our floor, but we had to wait until 4:00 PM to receive our food. We had to change our order twice because the staff said the dishes would take too long to prepare, but we still ended up waiting for a significant amount of time.

When we finally asked about our food, the waiter seemed to realize the order had been forgotten. The dishes were brought to our table within 10 minutes after we inquired. We left around 4:30 PM, having spent a long time at the restaurant due to the slow service.

While the food itself was great, the kitchen seemed unable to manage the orders efficiently, which detracted from the experience. I hope the restaurant can improve its timing and service in...

The place is situated in a very crowded area of Pune city. Near to vegetable mandai, Tulsi bag and Laxmi road driving a four wheeler would not be recommended unless, you like abusing people making you wait in traffic areas. There is a multi stored parking lot available next to this place. The ambience is ok and the standards are above to the nearby location. The service could be better. Very bad experience at this restaurant, they just cheats customers, we orderd kingfish tawa fry they served us cat fish, when we complained about same to the manager of the resturant started arguing with us.
