I had a dinner with friends at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a really disappointing experience. One of my friends follows a Jain diet, so we carefully ordered food without garlic and double-checked with the staff. When the food arrived, we realized it had garlic in it. My friend took a bite, immediately noticed, and was so upset she started crying. It was really hard to watch, and it completely threw off the mood for the whole group. This wasn’t the first time this happened, though. It’s the second time I’ve faced this issue here, which made it even more frustrating. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either—just mediocre. What made matters worse was that after the mistake, we decided to cancel the remaining food orders. Even though we didn’t want to proceed, they still charged us for everything, including the food we didn’t eat. The staff did apologize, but it didn’t make up for the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. It’s really disappointing when a restaurant can’t get something as simple as dietary restrictions right, and then still charges you for food you didn’t want. For that reason, I won’t be returning. We are visiting Agatya from 2009…but todays experience was horrible ..the Manchurian served was room air cold ..worse thing the manager who passed by us informed by us about cold food ..instead of really checking the facts he took us very casual and started giving us various reasons like fan above our head and after finishing half plate you are complaining etc ..actully we served immediately in our plates also started eating immediately so there was no question of fan making food cold ..we never said we need another plate or we want to make this hot ..but he just kept on arguing snd laughing..we lost our patience when he shamelessly kept on laughing and took us very very casual ..eating cold food was nothing in front of this mannerless manager ..I inquired for senior person we got to know he himself was the manager there …whom to complain now and how to complain??who wil wish to visit to again after getting so much insult while having paid food at...
