I ordered from MOD via Swiggy and guess what the guy working in MOD gave the order to different delivery guy without validating his Identity. When the delivery guy who was actually assigned for my order reached there, he directly told him that I have given this order to someone else and tell the customer to re order again. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. I called the delivery guy he told me about this and handed the phone to Akshay in MOD who without checking the identity of the person gave my order to someone just because he was delivery guy. Also, when he spoke to me he didn’t even know from where I ordered and was directly saying that you have ordered from Zomato!! He told me we gave your order to the previous delivery guy and you will need to order again.
