Yesterday they delivered a completely wrong order- aloo instead of paneer Tikka. Today I gave them another chance by ordering again. Tried to make sure I got the correct order by calling them my mistake I guess, should have just prayed to God for the right order. Because I had the pleasure of taking to the person who answered had an attitude right from the the get go. Forget about addressing the wrong order, it was all about how I cannot get extra veggies with a paneer tikka. When I pointed out his attitude of course he gets an even bigger attitude to replace the first one Hahaha.

Upon receiving the order the paneer is completely smashed inside the sandwich. Bread and veggies were not fresh either and smelt stale. Well should I be thankful got paneer at least?

I think they have forgotten they are a restaurant that serves food to people who pay full price for quality food AND service.

The cashier named JAIDEEP was EXTREMELY RUDE. We bought a 6 inch sub, as soon as we paid he said in a very RUDE manner not to eat outside food here. We weren’t even there to eat outside food, we had parceled a cake pastry from a near by cake shop so we could go home and eat the cake. The cashier thought we were in subway to eat the cake. When I was confronting him he had a don’t care attitude. As soon as we exited the store he also started laughing at our back as we could see through the glass door of the store. This person NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I asked who the manager is he said I am the manager. I have been to so many Subway outlets worldwide all had extremely nice service people. I don’t know who the manager is here BUT PLEASE DON’T SPOIL AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND LIKE SUBWAY BY GIVING TYPICAL RUDE INDIAN SERVICE...
