Speacial Thanks to "Rinku" . She was just awesome in explaining the Gaming Zone. She is damn Good in her Knowledge. The highlight of Gaming Park is undoubtedly its state-of-the-art gaming section. Equipped with the latest machines and a variety of games ranging from action-packed shooters to immersive Virtual Reality there's something here for every gamer. The setup is comfortable, with ergonomic chairs and spacious gaming stations ensuring long hours of enjoyable gameplay. Bowling is a show stopper here. It was an amazing experience there.

Disappointing Service Ruins a Great Venue

This was my second visit to Game Palacio, and sadly, the experience was just as frustrating as the first — all because of the staff.

To start with the positives: the venue itself is stylish and well-designed. The bowling alley has a great vibe, and the place clearly has the potential to be a top-tier hangout spot.

But the service completely lets it down. The staff at the counter seemed unsure and untrained, especially when explaining offers. Instead of clarifying things properly, the person became visibly irritated when we asked questions — even tutting at us, as if we were an inconvenience.

Even worse, they charged separate service taxes for food, drinks, and bowling — something not permitted under the law. When we pointed this out and requested its removal, the response was shockingly unprofessional. We were told the offer we had availed could be revoked if we insisted. It felt less like customer service and more like a threat. The manager backed this behavior, dismissing our concerns with a curt, “This is how it is. You can pay through Zomato if you want.”

We walked out with a ₹7,000 bill — which we would’ve happily paid for a good experience — but the staff’s rude and defensive behavior left a sour taste.

What’s more disappointing is that we are clearly not alone. Many reviews mention similar issues with the staff — unhelpful, rude, and poorly trained — yet nothing seems to change. The management continues to respond to negative feedback with the same automated, generic replies instead of taking meaningful action.

It’s such a waste of a great space. The ambiance deserves better than the people...

We visited this place today with our group. Also we were waiting for few of our friends to join us there. So we asked for a bigger table which was next to us but unoccupied as we all couldn't accomodate on a 4 seater table. We had already ordered food there which was taking forever to reach the table from the kitchen. When requested for the table next to us their person informed us that it's reserved. So we told them do let us know whenever there is an availability. After few minutes their person comes and tells us that you can move to the bigger table which was next to us. And we did move there. We called the waiter to order food. The music was soo loud that we could hardly hear what he was saying and the waiter couldn't hear what we were willing to order. To this I asked if they could reduce the volume a bit. The request was clearly denied. After probably 30 mins another person comes and tells us that you need to vacate this table as it's reserved and he put a sticker with the name of the other person who has done the reservation. When confronted that we were sitting and your person asked us to move here and now again you want us to change tables. To this they had no answer. This shows your management and hospitality.It was a pathetic experience. The restaurant is built up considering the gen z vibe considering the decor however there is 0 hospitality.
