It's was very nice stay. The check in and check out were abreeze Thakur Ankur Singh at reception is a wonderful person to interact with and he will make sure all your issues are taken care with in minutes he is a priceless asset for the Treebo Trend madhav international. Leaving aside the meagre choice in the breakfast. Staff are always there for you to sort out the problems. Room service are excellent with out any delay You can come with your loved ones, family & friends to stay . Outdoor sitting area with the greenary view. Food taste were awesome and even the restaurant hygienic was maintained Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made from the best of best quality. And have been imported from many different places around the world. The rooms are beautifully designed with the view of railway station and road areas . I have booked a deluxe room which to my surprise doesn't even looks like a deluxe room. The rooms colour were dull and there were cracks on the wall. Don't be fooled by the International word in the name tag it is just for name sake. I stayed for 3 days unfortunately and at first day there were cockroachs and mosquito in the room.(attached images for reference? Even after informing the reception or house keeping nothing was done. I was not provided with towels or soap only shampoo was kept. Secondly they do not change the linen(bedsheet or pillow cover) they just come and reassemble it even after informing the reception. 3 days i was using same linen. The breakfast is average. Please do not be fooled by the old images of the rooms they have provided on Google or goibibo or make my trip thrid party software do not have control over the hospital. One of my friends was staying in star hotel in Pune and was found COVID positive. Since the hotel did not have isolation rooms, they asked to leave the hotel but gave the reference of this hotel, which had COVID isolation rooms.

First, I am thankful to this hotel to provides support at the time of need, but a lot has to improve.

Their service is pathetic. Below were the issues observed.

Room was not cleaned, dust bins not cleared, and bed linings not changed, for 5 days. No cleaning provision for COVID isolation rooms. There was no hot water supply in the bathroom. Room was infested with mosquitoes and small insects. Food, which was a part of the package, and was expected to be served in the room, was always very late. Once lunch was provided at 3:10 pm and dinner at 10:50 pm, despite several calls to reception. The reception responds well, but there are no results.
