Great Staff, Horrible Management

I had an unsettling experience at this café, and it wasn’t because of the staff—it was because of poor management and an entitled customer. A chaotic situation unfolded involving two dogs, one belonging to the café and another to a customer. The staff member, who was clearly uncomfortable around dogs, was left to handle everything alone. She did her best despite being scared, while the customer kept making things worse and even left without paying. What shocked me the most was that no one from the management stepped in to help. Where was the owner when she was needed the most? It’s sad because we need more hardworking girls like her in cafés, but with such poor leadership, I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets unfairly blamed. Management needs...

Based on reviews thought we would explore this place. However it was an absolute let down. On an already busy road where parking is an issue, the parking at the entrance is blocked with a foot stepper. Quite paradoxical for the same clients who wish to access it. Illegal smoking in a public place was another low for us The orders we placed were simple and straightforward. However, even a basic omelette was messed up. The owner choose not to charge us for this cooking blunder (though appreciated, does not really fix the overall experience) The mojito was a sugar overload.
