Atmosphere and the vibe of the place is 11 on 10. That good! Makes you feel amazing no matter with mood you entered the place.

Seatings are the most comfortable I've seen in any cafe. The best!

Staff and their services on point. And those games and those books to light up the world.

Food quality and taste will win your heart. It did mine. We ordered-

Banoffee Pie- The combination banana, coffee, chocolate and cream- okay my mouth is now drooling. It was so yummmmm. Someone could come up with alterations of such amazing dishes and that too so well done is definitely praise worthy.

Reg Passion Fruit Ice Tea- I just couldn't stop sipping on it. Only once it was finished did I have it in me to move to another item on the table. I was stuck on it's flavour. A must try.

Smoked Chipotle Paneer Sandwich- I don't like paneer. Yet I loved the sandwich. The sauces in it were amazing. They stayed so true to the name they have given to this sandwich. Again a must try.

Mushroom n Cheese Croissant- I really really dislike mushrooms but I really liked the croissant. For me that's the best review of a mushroom filled dish I can ever give.

When I entered third wave there was a valet there and I expected to be helped but turns out the valet is only for cars not motorcycles. The motorcycle parking is very small, hardly any space and everyone is struggling to get their bike out. No waiter was there to guide us to the seat. All the waiters were polite but service is an issue for sure. They were not fully trained. The food was good. I had a tandoori chicken sandwich. The spices and the bread was yum. But the frappe, though tasted nice, was not cold enough. The pour over was too bitter. Maybe try a lighter roast or ask for preference. At the end, the barrista comes and asks my male friend how he enjoyed his coffee and just did not even look my way or ask for my review like it did not matter. Either because my friend was male and I female or because he paid the bill or whatever patriarchal reason. I didn't like it whatsoever. For the amount being paid, service is not the best. While the place may seem to have great ambience, the coffee and service is the most pathetic I have ever had. We had ordered a macchiato and a mocha. At first, it was served so cold. When I went over to the counter to complain, they had the audacity to ask if I want it reheated - after serving it cold. Once we got our replacement, we asked for sugar, which we got like after 10 minutes. We literally saw the waiter serving other tables and he even saw us waiting for the sugar. Once we got the sugar sachets, the guy who served us didn’t even bring a stirrer with the sugar sachet. Like after paying exuberantly for a coffee which is worse than CCD, the least we could expect is proper service. We had to ask twice for stirrers and once again, the coffee by then was room temperature. With prices like Starbucks, taste worse than CCD and service even worse than a “dhaba”, I’d never recommend...
