Well! To be honest I have always been a Venky's fan, so when I have to review a Venky's store, I need to be very critical.

As far as this Viman Nagar outlet is concerned, best this is the variety. You have pretty much all the Venky's stock items available here. Both takeout and on the spot servings are available as well. Staffs are customer friendly and cater to your needs properly.

Now the things which they can improve upon are the time taken for on the spot serving, this needs to be quicker. They can also think of expanding the serving area and also work on the demographics in its front.

• Tables & Chairs are dirty • Lazy manager who doesn't give a damn about their customers • fries were burnt • when we put cheese as add-ons, they forget that and then they give us the same cold burger after putting the cheese. • Avinash the manager is so arrogant, doesn't even feel sorry about their service.

I'm a regular here. We usually buy our frozen chicken here as well as packets of their nuggets and kebabs. They have an option of frying you a packet of anything you may choose to buy. There are a few tables at the back where officegoers and college students can grab a bite. Their rotisserie chicken is delicious and can be ordered as full or half.
