The only place in Udaipur which had negative feedback for me. The owner was rude and seemed not at all interested in serving the food. When we asked him what was available he said "sab kuch milega apko kya khana hai" But later when we asked for some dishes, he was like ye nahi hai wo nahi hai ye nahi hai wo nahi hai and only had few options. Whatever question we asked him, he replied in a very weird and unethical way spoiling the entire mood to have something at this place. No doubt the food was good but the service was really really really pathetic and it really felt like just moving out of the restaurant by his pathetic service. After serving the food when we asked for salad he said "nahi milega" not only this even after paying extra for the same he had no ethics to provide the needful. While walking around the streets of Udaipur, we found this restaurant and checked their menu. They have good prices compared to restos near the lake, so we decided to give it a try. The owner, who is also the chef, was super nice and knowledgeable about vegan food which made it easy for us to know what to take. We went for their dal and mushroom biryani, and it was seriously one of the best meals we've had since coming to India so far. The place seems like a family-run, and they are all super friendly.
