During checkin day : i received 3 follow up calls from Mr Shyam Paswan I have informed them that we will reach by 4 o'clock. Despite giving time he called 3 times , which is not required.
During Checkin : As I have booked hotel 2 day in advance over phone , I have told the front office staff to provide good and specious rooms with better views .
3.Despite of request , the rooms allocated are not good , in one room tile is broken , and second room bedsheet is having some visible stain on top .I told to change Mr.Shyam Paswan asked what is the problem in the room in a very rude way .
4.check in : After arrival , Mr Shyam Paswan asked for ID Proof and Advance for 1 day I have given my credit card but hotel credit card machine was not working , Mr Shyam Paswan asked me , you can visit ATM and get me cash , after payment only check in possible and light will come in room , I told no worries I will go for lunch as it was already late we reached almost 4.15 PM , but he didn't listen and forced us in a rude way that he needs cash only as machine is not working . We arrange and given him cash , after this only he allowed us inside the room .
In the room : Silver Room Which I have booked , 1.The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water , they give RO water in a tea cattel only , 2.No tissue paper in bathroom , 3.Third quality Dental Kit , and soap etc. 3.One room painting is missing from wall , 4.Chairs cushion having lots of stain 5.Non smoking room and other rooms guest smoking with open doors and smell is in the entire corridor. 6.Lift is not working , when we enter and we have to come by staircase which passes by from A2B utensil clening area , 7.which is full with foul smell and for both 2 days along with wet staircase all the time , so as a hotel guest your life is at risk , you may fall and broke your leg head . First day we ordered two 5 liter bisleri bottles as hotel doesn't provide complementary water bottle, second day while coming in night once again this Mr Shyam Paswan , sir your water bill is pending, I asked tomorrow with bill it will be cleared , once again he was very rude and said no sir you have to clear it now only it's a policy .
Hotel heed to train and keep some educated , humble person at as front office ,
Lift didn't work for 2 whole day and we need to come to room daily by wet and stinking stair case only .
This gives a very big doubt about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene level as well .
Mr Shyam Paswan , sir you can complaint to anyone you want , this should not be the attitude in the...
Read moreHorrible place with very rude and toxic natured staff. Food taste NOT EXCEPTIONAL. Menu claimed chai and coffee for 25/- they charged us 49.25/- for each. Chat section had options of chat for 50/- per option. They didn't give us what we asked (samosa chat) they gave us "Chholey Samosa" for 125/-. Idly on Menu card is 35/- and was given to us for 55/- for 2 pieces. Pick of all, one piece of decorated NORMAL chocolate (20 gm) that only had a glitter paper, a ribbon and a star shaped bead for covering for 50/- per piece, while they cost Rs. 80/- per 100 gm in a normal chocolate shot just outside. There was NO price mentioned on the tray of this chocolate while there was prices mentioned on ALL other sweets on display. When we asked why the difference in prices as per the Menu Card, they claimed that the prices on menu is without taxes. So, as per their logic the taxes are equal to or more than 2 times the cost of the item? Then they claimed that the Menus are with old prices. Why are they still using old menu cards with old rates? This is illegal. FYI: In India, the "Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020" under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) mandates that food service establishments like restaurants must display the latest prices on their menu cards, essentially requiring them to keep prices updated; this includes displaying the calorific value of food items as well. Penalty and Actions: Maximum fine: The maximum penalty for not following labelling and display regulations is two lakh rupees. Section 55 of the FSSAI Act: This section generally governs penalties for non-compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act. Food Safety Officer: The Food Safety Officer is responsible for enforcing the regulations and can impose penalties on violators. I wonder if I should go ahead and file a legal and formal complaint to the concerned authorities against this...
Read moreI made a bad decision to go here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. This is strictly Self-Service during breakfast time. I spent 20 minutes to stand in the line at the cash counter and to place my order. I then had to go to another counter to collect my food, where I spent almost another 25 minutes waiting. I had ordered 3 masala dosas and one vada. The vadas were over at 9 AM and a fresh batch was being made. It took 20 minutes to get the Vada. The dosa counter was extremely crowded and you have to push your way through a crowd to handover your token. They then take at least 20 minutes to give your food. There is an argument between customers and the staff every 5 minutes. You don't want to be caught in the middle of all the shouting and screaming in the morning during a vacation. The staff here completely ignore everything you say. There is absolutely no way you can customize your order. (For example, if you want less oil in one dosa).
After you get your order you cannot eat peacefully as other people stand and stare at you, waiting for you to finish eating so that they can get place to sit too. Some people stand and eat as well.
It took me almost 90 minutes for breakfast here which was a really bad experience. The only positive is they have parking space which was closed right after I got to park my vehicle, as the parking was full.
After all the wait and the struggle the food was not great at all. In fact, I had been to another restaurant called Thendral the previous day, the service there was much much better and the food was far better. They really need to be able to manage the crowd better, until then, don't waste...
