Pizza Hut | Commercial Road, Ooty — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This branch have a lot of Irresponsible staff especially Amarnath Sasikumar. This lier told me they already sent the food but actually they didnot send it. Even after 1 hour 30 minute the order was not reached. Later I called Pizzahut customer care, even the agent knows that the order is not delivered. This store guy was saying there is traffic but in reality there was no traffic at all.

At the end of the day, I waited 1 Hr 40 minutes from 8:00 PM just to get this kind of treatment from pizzahut.

I know this is not a problem of Pizzahut as a company, but this particular branch staff is at fault. (This is the first time I am getting a bad experience from Pizzahut.) But there should be a feature of auto cancel and refund option if the order is...

"Disappointing Pasta Experience with Swiggy Partner pizza hut Restaurant

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the pasta I received from this restaurant through Swiggy. For a whopping ₹220, I expected a decent meal, but what I got was a tiny, subpar serving that left me still hungry.

The issues were numerous:

No utensils provided (not even a spoon!) The serving box was ridiculously small The portion size was laughable, reminiscent of airline food The quality was unimpressive, with an unappetizing, thin layer of sauce

To add insult to injury, my special requests were ignored. The pasta was a letdown, and I'm still feeling hungry. For a multinational company, I expected better. Sadly, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth...

Terrible service! We visited the outlet on 19th May 2025 between 4-4:45 PM.

We ordered 2 Pizza’a one came on time, the other came after 30 mins!!! There was no one in the restaurant when we ordered. A family came after us ordered some 6-8 items and their food got delivered before us in front of our eyes! On asking at the counter all we got is the Pizza is getting ready. We ordered a Kadhai Paneer and a Margarita. The Kadhai Paneer took 30 mins to come. The place is not maintained well! In hand wash there was no hand wash liquid. I have been to many many Pizza Hut outlet and never seen kind of service standards, hygiene or restaurant standards. It is quite shocking to see such a pathetic state of affairs for such a world...
