I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel about a month ago for an interview. Following the interview in the afternoon, my friends recommended this place for lunch, and it turned out to be a delightful culinary experience.
What stood out the most were the non-vegetarian biryanis – an absolute delight for any biryani enthusiast. The variety and taste were exceptional, and the overall presentation left a lasting impression. The friendly and approachable servers added to the positive atmosphere, and we even had the chance to chat with them on this relatively quiet day.
After enjoying our delicious lunch, we found ourselves forming a friendly bond with the servers. They were more than willing to engage in conversation, making the overall dining experience more memorable. In fact, we even took a photo together, capturing the warmth of the moment.
This hotel is truly a haven for non-vegetarian enthusiasts, especially those who appreciate well-crafted biryanis. The cleanliness of the restrooms and sinks contributed to an overall sense of comfort and satisfaction. I left with not only a satisfied palate but also a genuine appreciation for the friendly staff and inviting ambiance.

I visited this hotel with my family expecting to enjoy a good biryani, as they had claimed it to be their specialty. However, this turned out to be one of the worst food experiences we've ever had.
When we first placed our order, we were told Chicken Biryani was not available and were offered Mutton Biryani instead. What we received was extremely salty and practically inedible. None of us could eat it, and we politely asked if they could replace it with something else.
Surprisingly, they then said Chicken Biryani was available after all and served it to us. Unfortunately, that too was very poor in taste and quality, and definitely not worth the high price they charged for it.
We had also ordered Chicken 65, which was served in very small quantity for an excessive price. To make matters worse, when I asked for a bill, they said the printer wasn’t working and they couldn’t provide one. But I clearly saw them printing a bill and handing it to another customer just moments earlier.
This makes me feel like they were trying to avoid accountability, possibly because they feared a complaint. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I strongly do not recommend this...
Read moreI recently purchased a mini bucket biryani from the well-known Ambur Star Biryani in RS Puram, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Shockingly, I found an insect in the food. When I called the restaurant to report this, their response was unacceptable. The staff member I spoke to tried to analyze whether the insect was “boiled” or not, stating that the chicken and everything else is cooked at 70 degrees Celsius, but the insect in the image did not look cooked. When I reasonably asked what if the insect had fallen in after cooking, he couldn’t provide a proper answer. Instead, he just said “Give me 5 minutes, I’ll get back to you” and then never followed up.I’ve seen news about similar quality issues at Star Biryani with insects and even reptiles being found, but this is the first time I personally had to face it. I have completely lost all the respect I previously had for this hotel.I did not ask for a refund or compensation—all I wanted was for them to take responsibility and do what’s right for their customer. Unfortunately, they failed to do so. If anyone asks me whether I’ll ever order from them again, my answer is a strong “No.”Overall, I feel the restaurant does not value its customers at all. Highly disappointing and not...
