Burger 23 — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently visited Burger 23 and overall, my experience was a wild ride. The double-decker BOSS Signature Burger was the star of the show, juicy and delicious, but portion sizes were on the smaller side, like a mini burger. After paying Rupees 500 for the burger, I was still hungry and had to order more food to satiate my hunger.

The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with a casual atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was fast and efficient, which was good because my stomach was growling louder than a bear.

The place had many insta-worthy photo locations, but my phone battery died before I could take more pictures. The menu only mentions some weird names, like "Double Trouble", "The Notorious" and it's difficult to decipher what the food item is or what is the combination of meat and sauce used from the menu. It's like trying to solve a riddle.

The sides offered were average, nothing special. The fries were a bit greasy, but it's all part of the experience, right? The refreshing towel sachet was difficult to tear and open, and the towel was stuck inside. It was like trying to open a stubborn jar of pickles.

Overall, while the double-decker BOSS Signature Burger was delicious, the portion size was small for the price. The menu could be more informative and easy to understand. The restaurant would be a good option for a quick burger fix and for some insta-worthy shots, but keep in mind that you may need to order more food to feel satisfied and also to be cautious with the refreshing...

Had evening munch at this restaurant one time and since then this place is my favorite one. The food quality and services are top-notch. You should try it once. I think this is the best mutton burger restaurant in the entire burger place in Chennai, ohh fully loaded chips with lamb my kids loved it with melted cheese, Fried chicken felt am home in London. BUYER BEWARE! ARE YOU READY TO BE RIPPED OFF?

Unfortunately both of my recent visits here have been bad. The first visit ended up getting me mushy, oily, very expensive and cardboard tasting food. I thought I would give them a second chance. (I never bothered to check their total on my first visit.Stupid of me!)

The second visit gave me a veggie burger with no party, half cooked onion rings and some measly jalapeño poppers.

The counter guy, Abbas, tried a real fast swindle from me. He coerced me into buying a lot, then quoted a total of ₹550! I thought I didn't buy that much food, so I asked him for a split up figure. He immediately said 'Sir, just pay me ₹450!

When I asked to pay through PhonePe, he came up with actually ₹437.

It was a take away. When I came home, there was no patty and no bill for the purchase.

I complained to a management guy I found on the internet by name Gurushankar.

He didn't do anything for me...
