I recently had the opportunity to try Burger King's Crispy Veg Meal, and I must say, it was quite a pleasant surprise! As a vegetarian, it can be a challenge to find tasty fast-food options, but this meal did not disappoint.

18/08/2025 afternoon 1.30p.m Yesterday, we just opened the door and went inside. They called us in a harsh tone and told us to place our order there. We agreed and went to order. When ordering, we were discussing what to get, as one usually does when ordering, and there was no one behind us. It wasn't a problem at all. But the employee working there said in a harsh tone, You can tell them, they'll tell me, and then I'll take the order. And she said Can you discuss and then see what you want?' We said okay and discussed. When we called them to place our order, they didn't even respond. As a customers, that was very hurtful to us. Moreover Iam a regular customer of burger king.I have been to many restaurants, and Burger King is one of my frequent choices. We have never seen an employee treat us so poorly in any shop or restaurant. They treated us very badly. How would we feel like going back to that restaurant after this? Because of this, our desire to come as customers has vanished. Now, even the thought of going to Burger King makes us hesitate."We've gone there many times, but this time it was really, really bad. After placing the order through app, we called over their number to ask when will the order get ready. No response, And they were hanging up the call ! Worst And No Soft Drinks Available At This Outlet!! Anytime you Visit this outlet there won’t be any soft drinks available! Instead they’ll suggest you to buy their Milkshakes, I wonder how an international fast food joint’s outlet doesn’t have any soft drink. I ordered 2 combos from their app and selected dine in. And when the staff came up with our order he said there r no soft drinks available instead he suggested us to go for their milkshake. When I asked him to bring 2 shakes instead of 2 medium cokes which I ordered.. He said 1 coke is of ₹100 so according to 2 cokes (₹200). You can only opt for 1 milkshake & not 2. I confronted him and said either return my ₹200 or arrange me 2 cokes worth ₹200 or else I’ll cancel the entire order now and you’ll have to reimburse the entire order value! And after some time he came up with 2 chocolate milkshakes!
