KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

On entering the restaurant, out of 3 counters only one was working. After waiting for 10 Minutes in the queue, the counter operator informs me that do not accept card(Not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant) at the counter and need to use the self order machine in order to pay via card. Ok fine, I enter my order on the machine and guess what, The card machine does not work and when I informed the employee of the issue, he told he informed his manager and just left. Even after 10 mins, no sign of anyone taking an order or even rectifying the issue. Clearly they don't care about whether or not customers are leaving due to a machine malfunction. Waste of 45 mins of my time just trying to place an order which did not even get placed. (Even witnessed an employee raising her voice against a customer who was asking her why they won't accept card.) Terrible Customer Service. KFC needs to monitor their branches more effectively and employees to maintain a basic...

If you’re craving a salty surprise, this KFC branch might just deliver - literally. After a not-so-great experience earlier, I had opted to dine at the Taco Bell next door. Still tempted by the classic popcorn chicken, we ordered a large takeaway from KFC before leaving. A few hundred meters away, once the food cooled down a bit, we tried the popcorn. It was too salty - so much so that it completely masked the chicken flavor. It was inedible and we ended up throwing it away. I raised a complaint through KFC’s official helpline and was told the store manager would get in touch. But no one has called back. Disappointing food is one thing, but lack of follow-up shows how much (or little) KFC value...

My baby anklet got missed in their store we went back and asked to see their cameras, there we got to know that their cameras are not at all working not even a single camera is not clear. During our search. One cleaning staff came twice directly and arguing with us. Manager is very light in this matter she is allowing her to come inside room and letting her to see the monitor. It is not outsider it's them hiding it and saying may some one may took it. I was completely shocked even a small pan shop in India having best cameras these people stealing our money not even maintaining cameras also. They lost trust, they are failed to maintain cameras how can they maintain food...
