Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

3/10/25 update. I had stomach upset and took two days to get normal. As their reply to my review, I did mail everything properly to the given email ID and no response. I can't raise a complaint for petite stomach issues, but I can strongly never use or recommend taco Bell to anyone in India. Seriously chi behaviour even after mailing so many times, not even a proper sorry

Ok first of all, it's cold like ice cold chicken. It was dry so I got this cooler and omg why the hell is green lemon cooler spicy and with masala??????? Sat there for 20 mins on not to waste food but still I couldn't eat it. Then went online to check the reviews and mostly said about stale meat. So I just left, didn't even complete the food. I absolutely love tacos mainly from highjoint but this first taco bell experience...

VERY BAD experience for continuous third time.. Not a branch if you are planning to go with friends or family.. If you go alone,not talk, sit in an assigned corner silently & eat without opening your mouth, it's what they expect.. Too much of restrictions, as of they pay us for eating.. The owners intervention is too bad, as if he thinks he is a school headmaster..

Please do check my previous reviews of other places & restaurants.. have never ever given such a negative review for any..

Seriously worst! Hope TacoBell International, reviews them and change them.. else this branch will give Taco Bell a bad name..

With no experience of what and how the real Tacos, Burritos taste, I feel Taco Bell is a good option to try them out as a value-for-money option. Personally felt everything has a desi flavor to it, which is still okay. This outlet has top quality service [Ex: The seating area is on the first floor and their staff voluntarily help to refill the drinks]. Every Taco Bell serves unlimited Pepsi and the one served in the VR Mall outlet just tastes like cold water. Whereas it is way better here.

One thing which was not up to the mark is their Iced Tea. The quantity was too less and was just served across with huge chunks of ice cube and lacked a bit of sweetness...
