Worst service from CCD employee

Me and my colleague visited CCD today around 5pm. We had an important work to do and we crashed at CCD, as it will be convenient to work out if a coffee shop. As soon as we entered CCD we purchased a water bottle, thinking that we can order anything later if we wanter to.

So we started doing our work and within 10 mins, an employe came and asked us what we would like to order. We told that we will order later and continued with our work. And exactly after 30 mins, another employee came and said, “It's been 30 mins since you came, you have to order something." And soon, he also sarcastically shouted at another employee about placing an order ASAP, in Tamil. If we ask they wouldn’t accept that but we know how they meant it and what they were referring to. We were very much disappointed and we left immediately . We would have ordered something once our work got over.

Very very bad experience . Will never visit any of the CCDs ever again.

Note for people: statement by the CCD employee “ you are not allowed to sit in CCD more than 30 mins without ordering anything." So, pleas don’t think it’s like Starbucks or any other coffee shop where you can sit and do your work peacefully . Thanks for this...

The current batista is the biggest fraud. I ordered for cappuccino, asked me to pay 310, when the price is 229. I asked him, why is the price so high, he said that it is the price now. Then I proceeded to check menu to see original price, he reminded me to pay the bill. After I paid 310, I noticed it was 229 on menu. When I asked him, he said it is cappuccino price, but it the not available, only flavored cappuccino is available so I told its price. Then he gave me hazelnut cappuccino which tasted horrible. My friend shouted at him as to why he gave such bad coffee, then he apologized and got me cappuccino,which earlier he said wasn't available. Basically he lied and made me pay extra 100 rupees for a coffee which I didn't even like. Thanks to my friend boldness, I got to drink my normal cappuccino at last. Never seen a scam like this. What kind of new ponzi scheme is coffee...

Worst behaviour. When asked for a normal cappuccino, the guy at the counter was charging more than expected. When I asked, he kept saying that they only have flavoured. I said I don't want flavoured and why was he charging me unnecessarily without even asking first. Then he said, 'ok we will try to make non-flavored' and will give you a coupon. After a while when I'm about to leave, he's saying "ok I'll give you a cookie for free for that 60 bucks that was extra".. I just left the place not understanding why he kept talking nonsense when asked for a simple cappuccino.

I didn't understand what was wrong with the guy just unnecessarily trying to charge extra. This is how they make fools of people if people don't notice the actual price.
