I recently visited this cafe with my sister, hoping to enjoy a pleasant outing together. However, our experience was marred by an incident that left us utterly disgusted and outraged. I feel compelled to share my appalling encounter with the staff at this establishment.
Upon entering the cafe, we noticed a waiter who appeared to be fixated on my sister. His unwavering stare was uncomfortable and highly inappropriate. We patiently waited, hoping he would realize his mistake and rectify his behavior, but he shamelessly continued his unwarranted attention, completely disregarding our discomfort.
Unwilling to tolerate such blatant disregard for basic decency, we sought out the person in charge to address the issue. To our disbelief, rather than taking immediate action to address the situation, the manager nonchalantly dismissed our concerns, using feeble excuses about the waiter being a new employee. This excuse is both unacceptable and insulting. The length of an employee's tenure should never justify their misconduct or justify management's lack of action.
Instead of promptly addressing the issue and ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patrons, the manager had the audacity to suggest that we change our seats. This response not only demonstrated a complete disregard for our wellbeing but also implied that we were responsible for the waiter's inappropriate behavior.
As customers, we have the right to expect a safe and welcoming environment in any establishment. This cafe failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism, respect, and customer service. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability from both the staff and management.
I strongly urge potential visitors to reconsider patronizing this cafe until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to rectifying these issues. No individual should endure the discomfort, humiliation, and dismissive attitude we encountered during our visit. It is essential that businesses hold their staff accountable and prioritize the comfort and safety of their customers.
To the management: Training new employees is important, but it cannot be an excuse for allowing harassment and inappropriate behavior to persist. Take immediate action to educate your staff on proper conduct and implement a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of misconduct. Place easy to find and valet parking available... It's a beautiful set up made of glass. It's like you are sitting in a room with glass windows... We arrived around 2 and place was full... Waited for 5 mins and got a table...
Little one went for her usual order, margarita and fries... I was hungry so ordered a beef steak... Asked him to make the steak well done.. Wifey ordered a paneer meal....
Food arrived on time... Margarita was good.. In fact one of the best I tasted in recent times... Hot and cheesy... Loved it...
Beef arrived beautifully dressed in pepper sauce served with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables... I was happy with the way beef was looking. However once I started eating realized it was more of medium rare than well done. It was little chewy but no complaints as it tasted good. Also went very well with mashed potatoes and veggies...
Paneer dish was looking very nice.. A nice portion of stuffed paneer served with herbed rice and mashed potato..Imust say the mashed potato was superb... Nice and fresh... Complimented both the main course very well.
I must say one of those rare occasions where I loved the vegetarian dish more than the non vegetarian dish....
For some reason the air conditioner was not working because of which we couldn't enjoy such a wonderful meal. The restaurant didn't have a back up plan of having fans in such situations... Because of which we had to wrap up early. Since the whole place was made of glass the heat was overwhelming...
Their desserts we're looking amazing but didn't try it... May be next time will try their desserts. Would have given a 5/5 rating if not for the air...

I went with my friends at 5.30pm today .. he said the place will open only by 6.30... since Google said the place was open .. I was curious I asked him is it something new or is it usually the case... He immediately snapped at me saying please wait out.. I was like wowed at his reaction.. but we waited for an hour eventually for the place to open .. thanfully they have tables outside so we sat there...... after 6.30 we went inside... He came and forced us to sit at a corner table... but we preferred to sit on the table which had the couch so I asked him if we could sit there ... he was like if you move there and later I won't move you elsewhere... I was like it's fine.. but please be polite in telling us.. anyway the place was empty with not a single soul inside.... I asked him where the dustbin was.. he said can you please sit at the table... He never listens to you just keeps ordering around... probably he was busy and doing his duty... And what he said and did may be right... but there is a way of saying it... He was like ordering around treating us like school children... We really got annoyed with his curt behaviour and actully left the place without even ordring anything to eat... despite the fact that we waited for hour to go inside...
