Kraft is positioned as a unique retail dining experience where everything you see, feel and touch is available for sale. Yes, I was told the furniture, crockery, decor etc are all available for sale. The restaurant also has some furniture fittings as part of their decor.

Now coming back to why we visit a restaurant - food, ambience and service

The restaurant is located inside the CMRL campus in Nandanam and offers a good amount of parking spots for cars and motorcycles. The restaurant is neatly done up and offers seating in two levels.

The menu features a wide assortment of dishes from the Indian and Pan Asian cuisine. All day items are also available, however a number of them were unavailable when we asked for them.

Most of the waitstaff, though courteous knew little about the dishes and spoke only Hindi. So any queries we had, we had to wait for the captain to come. The staff also cancelled one of the dishes we ordered because they thought we had asked to cancel, when in actuality we didn't. This miscommunication happened in more than one instance and must be looked into.

The food is good, but not great. Some dishes like the Dan Dan noodles, jhol momos and basque cheesecake did shine, but everything else was merely satisfactory.

During our second visit, Mr. Albert (I hope I got his name right) introduced himself as the head chef and took our feedback. Hope he works on it.

A nice concept of dining, Good food and ambience! The Leek and chicken soup was cheesy and well made two bite sized portions of well seasoned and crisp chicken was served on the side. The strawberry bliss was a light drink with boba pearls - tated good, would have preferred it to be served chilled. The Basil chilli chicken was spot on! We decided to try their butter chicken which was surprisingly really good too!! We could choose options of jeera rice or chapati or Kerala parota for the sides . We chose the Kerala parota, this seemed lil off to me.. I was expecting the parota to be thin and flakky as the other dishes had set my expectations high. However it was too thick and a Lil under cooked for my liking. Just to mention that in a North Indian dish like Butter chicken - Onion rings/ salad would definitely be needed as an accompaniment, which wasn't the case. Coming to the dessert we were told to try the Mango Mascapone cake.. which took nearly 25mins to get to our table, seemed like they forgot about it unless we asked for it again. When the dessert got to the table I was disappointed to see the garnish - a fresh fruit strawberry looking old and dried as though the dessert was made and kept a couple of days prior. Japanese Creamy Pumpkin Soup: Soup made with yellow pumpkin, carrots, onion and a nutrient rich broth, butter and cream. It was extremely rich and creamy.

Karaage Japanese Fried Chicken: Japanese style fried chicken served with spicy dip and mayonnaise. Chicken was soft and juicy.

Kheema Dosa: Madurai style kari dosa made of minced mutton curry. Tasted spicy and good.

Korean Style Ramyeon: Korean style ramen served with Chicken. Broth, Chicken and Noodles all tasted very good.

Japanese Chicken Katsu Curry: Japanese style curry made Potato and carrot served with panko crusted Chicken breast. Chicken cooked perfectly and curry was tasty.

Mongolian Fried Rice: Fried rice with Chicken and egg in Mongolian sauce. Tasted good with soy sauce flavor.

Chocolate Cake: Chocolate cake which was very rich. Tasted very good.

Affogato: Combination of Vanilla Ice cream and fresh espresso. Tasted very good.

Kiwi Mojito: Kiwi flavoured Mojito. Tasted good.
