Very good tea and snacks shop. It is newly opened. They serve authentic Indian tea just like home made tea for Rs 25. You can also get tea time snacks like Bun, Poha, Veg puffs. Service is good too.

I wish the owner of the franchise see this post. Happened to be on weekday at chai kings. When I was giving order the lady in the counter rudely looked and didn't respond to my order. I had to repeat 3 times to bring her attention. Her look was like treating the customers like dogs. Chai kings should look into this behaviour issue. Such arrogant should stay in jail as warden not in a reception...

Extremely poor service, the person who served me was rude ... to me and also to the other customers while serving. Long wait time.

I've been to nearly all chai kings in chennai, never experienced...
