Hi on 10/oct/2021 I have made an order with my KFC app and first time when i ordered the money has been debited to payment merchant called indiaideas but my order has not been placed i visited to KFC outlet in brookefeilds coimbatore (to which i place an order) and asked about the issue he said that will not be a problem and money will be refunded if order is not placed and asked to try ordering again so i tried to reorder again but this time also money have been debited but the order had not been placed he said no problem money will be refunded so i again ordered with kfc outlet itself and as he said i waited for 48 hours again he said one week and after that one month ran again i called he said to raise a complaint with Gpay and provide query number and i provided after that also one month passed he never called regarding the update or whatso ever i should call him inbetween all my works to know where my money went at atlast after months he said money has not been credited to our account and the merchant indiaideas is not ours at all first i could never wrap my head around where my money went afterall i ordered in KFC official app i got so much irritates he made 2 month to say this after i presented all the transaction details too i found many people have same issue with this same payment merchant but a main KFC outlet manager and kfc payments department doesnt know the issue at all what a drama do you people think customers are fools and also he said he will call in a day and it have been one week ever since not a single message, As with my experience i stopped atlest 10 of my friends from visiting KFC and i will do so in future money is not the issue here but how KFC side tries to divert the issues on...

I visited the KFC outlet at Brookfield Mall on 15 March 2025, and it was one of the worst experiences Iโve had at any restaurant. The behavior of the manager was absolutely unacceptable. There was a long queue for billing, but no staff were available to take delivery orders, which meant customers were being made to wait without any communication or assistance.
I arrived around 1 PM on a Saturday during peak hours, and the situation got worse when the manager came to the billing counter and started a discussion with the staff. She took all the cash from the counter and then proceeded to count it for a long time while we continued waiting.
To make matters worse, when they finally started billing the first customer, the staff informed her that they had no change. The customer had to leave to find her husband, who was waiting in the food court, to get more money. This caused even more delay, and everyone in the queue was left waiting for an unnecessarily long time.
When some of us questioned the long wait and the lack of organization, the manager's response was rude and dismissive. She told us, "If you want to stand here, you can; otherwise, go and eat something else from the food court."
This lack of customer care and poor management is unacceptable. I expected better service from a reputed brand like KFC. I won't be visiting again anytime soon unless...

On my previous visit, the staff informed us that orders take 20 minutes to prepare and asked if we still wanted to place one. We inquired about available items, and they mentioned Peri Peri Chicken. We then ordered it as part of a combo pack.
First, they gave us the Peri Peri Chicken, but for the rest of the order, they asked us to wait 20 minutes. When we returned after 25 minutes to pick it up, the staff member who took our order had already left for the day. Another staff member initially refused to give us our food. After a long wait and discussion, he claimed that since the previous staff member was unavailable, they could not provide our order. Eventually, after verifying details with another team member, they reluctantly gave us the remaining items.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope KFC takes action to improve their...
