Heatsquare Restaurant Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Heatsquare, first a big congratulations on settingup this quick service restaurant is located in the opposite side of KFC, McDonald's, a floor above Burger King (all international brands with heavy marketing backbone) in Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore. For the team at Heatsquare, kudos to great first step in taking your competition head-on.

I am really impressed with their Zesty Chicken Burger and Popcorn Chicken, equal to or better than both KFC and McDonald's similar offering.

QSR has to be reL quick in preparing and delivery, this area needs attention, they are a bit slow and a little disoriented. Train, train, train your staff otherwise you may miss the train to standout in this QSR crowd.

Maintain cleanliness, when I visited about 7:30pm, minimal in-store footfall but its pretty active scene, no dedicated staff in cleaning customer side of the store. You NEED one.

I am positive, if they maintain quality and timelines, could be the Best Challenger...

Feedback for Heat Square, Coimbatore Brookfield Mall:

I recently visited Heat Square at Brookfield Mall to enjoy the Chicken Popcorn, which used to be one of my favorite dishes there. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. When I first started coming here about a year ago, the food quality was excellent, even better than KFC, and the prices were quite reasonable.

However, during my recent visit, the quality has drastically declined. The chicken popcorn pieces were very small, lacked flavor, and overall, the taste was nowhere near what it used to be. This was truly unexpected from a place that once served such great food.
