Chai Waale - T Nagar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Just now i stepped out of the shop ...u people really turned my new year very bad .. i ordered one hot chocolate and chilli cheese toast and got served very late since people there were only giving preference to the online orders.. when i asked them to parcel the hot chocolate,they said that the parcel option is not available while packing the online orders and i said it already got late and i cannot have it now and then they poured the drink into a paper cup and gave it just like that .i asked them how is it possible for me to carry it like that and then he covered it with a lid even after which the drink was spilling . I showed them and asked to put up a seal but even that didn't help... He wasn't acting politely and forced him to act responsible or else to refund my money and then finally he sealed it properly and gave..i got totally disappointed seeing up his attitude towards the customer.. and i even expressed my disappointment there and walked out.At a point ,i really don't know what to do when handled me with such poor attitude. Hope this helps them to change their rude behaviour.didnt expect this...

Extremely poor maintenance thy dont put on AC we must ask them for it... And the tables doesn't stand in place it keeps on shaking as its a tea shop also a self service one the tea gets spilling a lot of time when we get up ...we ended up spilling it out in our work paper.....IT WAS IRRITATING...

And they dont ask your sugar need for coffee they serve one without sugar and give the sugar seperately in a sprinkler...who does that???? Is it a salt or pepper to sprinkel!?? The sugar was not powdered as well the granules were big and bit moist... So m still wondering how could they serve it in a sprinkler...😢it takes a hell lot of time to add sugar to the coffy...oh god.. They just could kept it simple.

Scam, you are listing food stuffs in dunzo, after me ordering via dunzo, while the dunzo delivery partner reaches the chai waale in T nagar , they are telling the ordered food is out of stock and telling to take some other food for that paid dunzo order, this is ridiculous and scammy attitude by Chai wallet T nagar. First make a proper online update of the products available in your store , don't be scammy like this. Will never ever buy from Chai...
