A visit to the outlet, a delight to see, Excellent service, people so friendly and free. Decorations impressed, a special thanks to Hari too, A great experience, my husband's surprise shone through.

But little did we know, a flaw in the air, A heat so intense, beyond compare. My husband's feedback, a story to share, "The worst experience," he said, with a temperature so rare.

Seven years abroad, and now back home, He'd never felt such heat, a sensation to atone. A regular customer, I've been for years, Cavins, KK Nagar, Tambaram, and more, through joys and tears.

Hari's expertise, in designing cakes so fine, A phone call away, orders placed, always on my mind. But CKS Bakery, a brand so big and wide, Fell short on comfort, a cooling atmosphere to provide.

A humble plea, to check the AC with care, For a cozy ambiance, that's welcoming to share. A big brand's reputation, rests on details so fine, A comfortable visit, that's truly divine.

Terrible customer service. I ordred a veg pizza. They should have told us, how much time it would take them, when they knew that there were too many orders. We waited for more than half an hour for that and there was no pizza to be seen. Only when I inquired, they agreed that there were too many orders.... Ideally they should mentioned this before we pay to ensure that we are okay with the delay. They let us pay, started making it and then told us thisnonly when we asked, putting us in a fix. I had to catch a bus and this was such a waste of time and money. All they had to do was mention the time, especially when they could not manage the numbers. I would have order somthing else.I am a resident of this locality and have seen many shops shut down from this same road due to lousy customer service over the years. I suggest the administration to look into this, if they really wanna make a difference....
