Domino's Pizza | Nellukara Street, Kanchipuram — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Its becoming worst outlet, don't ever think to come this outlet opp to Karthikeyan theatre, yesterday I have visited, no proper ventilation water is dripping 💦 from the AC unit, tables are unclean with previously eaten wastes, after informing also no one is cleaned, we cleaned that's not an issue, when we try to place the order no one from staff side is ready to take the order everyone showing someone else, and one female staff taken my order but haven't asked my name or my number and she haven't given the bill copy too, and told my order number and asked to wait, after 45 minutes of wait also there is no progress on order finally I went and called the manager and asked to cancel my order telling my order number and he said I called your order with different name and you haven't showed up, who's mistake is this, the lady who taken my order is simply standing behind and doing nothing with a attitude, i came with my family after 45 minutes of waiting time we ate cold food and left, worst experience ever in this outlet, previous staffs are real good and gentle towards the customer, am a regular customer recently few new addings are like they don't even care about the store or customer better close this outlet or consider changing the staffs, any how they are charging as much high they can but giving the...

This is to draw attention that Kanchipuram Domino's Pizza product quality is far below the quality we experienced in Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and many other places, even worse than local eateries.

REMEMBER, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE ARE ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S (This sentence is specially for Domino's Pizza), they'll simply get away by telling that "You ordered a cheap pizza, so quality was like that". This is what they told me when I contacted them. Yes I ordered a cheap pizza but you didn't give me for free that you'll give me anything you like. See the pics please.

ONE SLICE SEEMS TO BE BITTEN OFF BY SOMEBODY

The baking is also not good, the crust is also not as per standards expected from Domino's.

Attitude of delivery boy is also quite bad, whereas in many places we see Domino's delivery boys waiting in compartment of trains in the railway station, here delivery boy refused to come up to first floor to give delivery.

Moreover, in kanchipuram they don't even bother to carry minimum change much to the inconvenience of the customer. My bill was Rs. 281, and I offered Rs.301 , he didn't have change for even Rs. 20. What kind of service is this???

SEE THE QUALITY OF THE PIZZA...

I went to have pizza today between 3:45 to 4:15 pm. The tables were not cleaned properly that was the first sight and impression I get as soon as I enter the restaurant. For nearly 5 minutes I’m standing near the counter and no one is taking the order. After 5 mins a lady staff came to take the order , no greetings nothing just asking for phone number . I have an order for meal for 2 veg option. Immediately the staff in a not so polite manner tells me it will take 30 mins. When I told Im ok to order if it’s 30 mins, she very hesitantly tells me it may take 45 mins. Very unpleasant service. I won’t visit this store for sure. The staff could have told since the order contains garlic bread , 2 regular pizza she can’t deliver it one by one. I think the staff needs to be trained on customer service and especially when you are in F&B department you need to read the pulse of any customer . So pathetic service and not so...
