I ordered a Mexican green wave thin crust and a garlic bread via zomato on dominos. The service was terrible. I tracked my order on the website and it said that the food was delivered. But I didn't get the food. God knows where the delivery guy had delivered by mistake. I called this particular branch multiple times but no one picked up. Then I got a call 10 minutes later while I was talking with zomato help chat from the delivery guy regarding my location. I informed him the same and collected my order. I asked him why the website showed that my order was delivered while I didnt get it. He was all panicky and said that the server was down. When I asked him why no one picked up in this branch he said that they were busy and left in the middle of answering. So polite!👏😞 Then when I opened the pizza it was cold and soggy. The vegetables were on one side of the pizza, half of the pizza was not cut into slices and I found some random fiber like material in it. The cheese was partly cookd. It did not taste good. This is the worst dominos pizza I have ever had. It nearly felt like the delivery guy had delivered it elsewhere and then picked it back up and gave it to me. It also looked like he had dropped the pizza by mistake somewhere or they let some amateur blind(the veggies were on one side)cook into their kitchen. I purchased volcano farmhouse and indi tandoori panner pizza and stuffed garlic bread. Firstly the pizzas were not tasting good. Vegetables seemed old. Volcano pizza was 2/5. Indi tandoor panner was tasting very bad maube 1/5. It was feeling so sour. Maybe green chutney used was not so good. Overall pizza taste was not good. It was dry and definitely not upto mark. Garlic bread was ok.

I visited ashok nagar branch a month back and ordered same volcano pizza..it was amazing in taste. Kudos to them. Plz take some tips from them.

I was sweating like hell as most of the ac's in store were switched off. When asked for first time they said the ac's will be on in rotation as per timing. We shifted seat under another ac there also was sweating like hell. So I literally shouted at staff saying I'm not paying 1300 to eat in sweat and rather I would stand in the roadside n eat n feel much airy. This domino's which is a franchise of an international chain doing cheap acts of switching off ac after charging so much from customer. Even small cafes don't do such cheap acts.

Again when I entered ashok nagar branch last time, ac was full on and we felt very comfortable

Highly disappointed with the order on 13/2/25 order no 75 delivered from GN chetty road Dominos. I have ordered 3 items and one of them is taco mexicana veg. The delivery guy delivered and collected payment......left in a hurry......one of the boxes seal was loose......and one taco was missing from the package. Picture shows oil stain in place of the second one however there is only one taco..... Tried contacting their customer care but they will call back within 48 hrs......finally got the number from another store manager and called him with the concern.......he says no one will do that and items cannot miss.........and said will check with team and get back.......but he says we might be lying....finally after sharing same pic in WhatsApp they are ready to refund half amount but want me to download app. Which I did .....I was told amt was added to wallet already but nothing...
