Domino's Pizza | Vadapalani, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Regular customer of Domino's for many years and mostly oreder it from Forum Domino outlet. Its very sad to see the quality and service diminished over the years. On 6Dec i ordered 4 Pizzas including a Gourme Pizza and order time was evening 7.50PM. Around 8.45PM when i checked the site was showing still Baking and tried to call the phone numbers of the store. The nos listed in the ebill were all deactivated and could not reach out the store to check the order status. Finally called up the toll free number, but to my disappointment, the IVR was desiged to just register the complaint and i could not speak to any operator. Around 9.30 PM, the delivery boy called and delivered the Pizza. When i checked it in front of him, the Pizzas were backed 1 hr back and apparently cold. I told him that i was really disappointed and he excused saying there were no delivery boys available and thats the delay. When we opened up all the boxes, i realized the Gourme pizza was not there and instead an ordinary thin crust pizza was sent over ( For which i paid Rs. 600). Pizza were cold and finally i heated it up on a Dosa pan , since no one was willing to eat it Cold.

Whats Worst is that Saturday morning 8.30 AM, there was a SMS saying someone from the store called me and i did not pick up. I will never order from this store going forward.

What a waste of money and it truly sad to see the quality of this once upon a time giant going...

One of the very worst place to order pizza. There taste will be worst. There service and responsibility to customer is very very worst. They will never delivery your pizza hot and give lame excuses all time. They will say in next order we will give discount and they will tell the same for every order. No proper response. Because of this outlet worst behavior, now i am ordering as take away from kodambakkam and picking it myself. Only this outlet deliver to me and i hope this outlet will be closed sooner. Edit: i ordered pizza around 7.30pm with 30 minutes guaranteed delivery and i got it delivered at 9.30pm with cold pizza after multiple follow up and no apologies and no courtesy. Please close this outlet they spoiling dominos name. In dominos app if i raise concern it goes to them and they keep on closing it mentioning it has resolved and if i reopen again they close saying number not reachable. For sure Dominos will lose it's customer because of this useless outlet 2nd Edit: After sending email to below email id given in response they clearly said all email and escalation will come to particular outlet where you ordered and it wont go to Dominos India management. Hello guys i came to raise the complaint yesterday I came mall in vadapalai dominos I came 3.00 clock afternoon. I came there and wait for almost 10 mins still nobody wish and nobody came and take the order. I asked the staff they said wait another person came after the they didn't give any response. After this I leave the place still no one ask us what happened really i didn't expect this for here. Worst customer service, worst management, worst staff. They don't know how treat the customer and wish the customer i really disappointed by the staff. I didn't expect this in international brand have this like behaviours from staff. They need proper training for customer handling and how to wish the customer am waiting there more than 10 min there no response and am leaving the store still there is change in staff really really am disappointed by this.
