Flakes Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We ordered spicy chicken tikka burger after consulting with the staff if it’s available. They served us fried chicken burger and claimed it to be chicken tikka burger. When we raised our voice, he told that there was a big order for burgers today and this was the chicken they had left. Like seriously! The policy here seems to be to serve what’s left to the customer and not what they order. Fantastic.

When we asked this same question to the guy there. He just carelessly went in and started making noises hitting and throwing things around. Not even an apology for his mistake.

The best part is that, even after telling him we can’t accept the burger, it was still added in our bill. Only after another conversation, the amount was removed.

The worst service ever and not coming to this place again. Must say, the staff there were really rude and disrespectful.

I don’t under Why they would serve a different thing to the customer and still have the audacity to be this rude when caught red handed. Treating as if people don’t even know the difference between fried chicken and chicken tikka.

If they had initially told us that the item was not available, we would have chosen something different and would not have wasted our time and energy there. Pathetic...

Place is neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Tried their burgers and pop corn chicken, they were very soft, fresh and tasty.

If you like KFC style fried chicken, then this place will definitely satisfy your taste buds.

This place is located in the prime location and it's very easy to find it.

Easily you can find place to park your car and bike.

The overall experience appears to be less than satisfactory where we ordered the combo meal and the chicken fries,& burger do not meet the need as you can only taste the thandori sauce mix, the overall quality appears to be average when compared to the pricing and other spots. I would suggest doing a workaround with the sauces and mayonnaise to add some unique flavour...
