Worst experience ever in KFC Erode.In billing counter they are not well trained and professional. Just chit chatting among themselves infront of the customers without taking the order properly. They didn’t ask for the Mobile number also to take an order and while asked for bill they are telling its customer mistake to say mobile number before taking the order and same as for dine in or take away they never asked at all. I really got disappointed with the service with such untrained people in the billing counter.

Regarding the food, the chicken was not at all served hot. They just packed my order with already cooked chicken without even heating them. The worst part of this is they gave the soft drinks Pepsi of medium size In paper cups which totally spoiled the taste of Pepsi. It just took 15mins for me to reach my house and the cups totally started to leak since it’s paper cups.i never experienced such a poor service from KFC so far while they are charging that much for food and gst without even a proper packing for cool drinks being served in paper cups instead of proper containers is really pathetic. It totally spoiled before reaching the house and just throwed it literally as the paper cups Essenes got into Pepsi. KFC being such a world class brand shouldn’t spoil their name and reputation gained so far by having such untrained people and serving cool drinks in paper cups for take away options.Hope this would be considered and expect a proper explanation from the...

KFC Erode offers a solid dining experience for those craving some good old fried chicken and more. The Tandoori Zinger and Zinger Pro were both tasty, well-seasoned, and lived up to expectations. They managed to capture a good balance of flavors and textures, making them the stars of the meal.

Actually me and my sister got there and we stood in line for 10 mins straight and when we finally got to order our food the staff told us to wait 10 mins cause they already have 6 bills pending..we were really nice and said it's ok and waited for 10 mins but they took the order of a couple who was behind us at that next minute,we were like wtf...then we again went and stood and ykw? They told us again to wait for 10 mins like r u fr bruh???!...again we waited but they took orders of the people behind us🥴am I a joke to you guys...pls be responsible and give a good customer service to the customers or you guys will lose every customers atp.

About the food Burger was nice The wings was not good it was too small and not crispy at all,not hot too.(Why should we get a combo if the wings are going to be this small)...I can just get a burger though!. They should give extra sauce Atmosphere good Waiting...
