Super Hotel O Chinnamuthu Main Street — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The photos of room which they shown is fake.. It was looked like a local colony. It’s not even 1% as per the pictures..

This hotel not even worth for 1 star as well.. I checked in the hotel and stayed only 5 minutes, after that I have checked the washroom it was dirty like anything. I went to property owner and told the same he showed another room, that one also same like this room full dirty, imagine it was looked like public govt washroom..

That owner was telling if you don’t like the property, leave the property and do whatever you want. Go and talk to anyone nothing will happen to us, this is what he told and that tried to push me away from the hotel for I told the truth that hotel is not clean.

I paid 1200 rupees to this hotel when I checked in there, I didn’t stay there for even 5 minutes.

Later I have called the Oyo customer care, they spoke with the property owner and later they spoke with Area manager. area manager asking me to stay in the same hotel and in different room again were I have been man handled.

They are not ready to refund the money either not ready to give a new location to stay..

I just left the property without any refund and even from Oyo customer. I don’t think they even took action on the property.

End of the day in the world, if you speak the truth you are the bad guy and you won’t get any justice like me..

Don’t ever dare to stay in this hotel. Not even safe for anyone.

We booked rooms for our family for 4 days at this venue before leaving our hometown, MMYT. When we arrived late at night, we asked the hotel management to confirm our reservation. Unfortunately, the front office reception staff was rude and appeared to be intoxicated. They demanded more money than what we had already paid online. They were very clear in stating that they couldn't honor the original payment and insisted on additional payment. Given the situation, we had no choice but to pay them, as it was already late, and we needed the rooms.

Their strategy is quite straightforward: create a hassle so late at night that no one would want to cancel their reservation, despite realizing it's a complete waste of our hard-earned money due to their actions.

Additionally, we reached out to the MakeMyTrip team for assistance, but there was no proper response or action taken by them to resolve the issue

I booked this room from Oyo app and after reaching this place the staff member by name amarnath asked for more money since there charges have changed and also it's not updated in Oyo and there was no car parking facility too. After few minutes of arguments he agreed to whatever the amount we paid in Oyo and he arranged for car parking. Secondly, rooms are not so bad nor good it's an average and hygiene. Staff was little stubborn at starting but later he was very good in talking, he is very calm and cool guy behaves well with customers. I would suggest you to directly call the hotel first and know all the details before booking...
