First of all I opted for A/C dining room since it was summer but it didn't seem like A/C hall at all.. the A/C was set in 24C even though thr were more than 10 ppl seated thr.. when enquired with the bearer he said the remote is lost.. coming to the food part.. I ordered one empty briyani and grilled garlic chicken.. Briyani though was not a hit taste it was okay.. but at first I wasn't given mayonnaise or mint chutney for my grilled chicken.. when asked for it the bearer served it after 10 mins.. the saddest part is that the mayonnaise didn't even taste good..they could have served atleast store bought mayonnaise.. and mint chutney was also not good.. it tasted like pudhina chutney which is eaten along with dosa.. I would suggest you to have plain grill chicken rather than the garlic one.. ambience was okay.. food taste was not...

I went there twice once for lunch and once for dinner. The service was good, but the food was very down and below average. 1st time I ordered for a chicken fried rice. The fried rice was ok but there was very little chicken pieces n that too boiled. Up in North they add pan fried chicken to fried rice. The next when I went i ordered for a Hyderabadi chicken curry, with tandoori roti. O my it was so bland and again there was very small pieces of chicken. I feel they should stick to south indian food only as their hand on north indian and chinese is not at all good. I conclude by saying that i feel cheated as there is no value for money i paid....

I have been visiting this hotel from my childhood. I went nearly after 2 years today with my parents and all of a sudden everything has changed very poor waiters and their service poor cleaning. Poor atmosphere as they are taking more time to bring food and as well they forget few items and have to remind each and everytime. But food was tasty and good just that comparatively their service and treating was very poor. Table cleaning was taught by us today to them which took nearly 15 to 20 mins and totally annoyed me. Anyways now one of my favourite hotels needs to improve. Good luck team. Taste was good please...
