Hotel O Sakthi Grand — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

One of the worst experience i had in this hotel. Very cheap behaviour of receptionist. Even he put malai for sabari malai or palani malai even though he speaking bad words to the customers. And he directly stating that if we booked the room grom oyo they won't give respect. Wahsroom is not clean and flesh is not working. It's not like a hotel looks like a wineshop bar. Ni8 In between they clicking calling bell continuous and asking matchbox but in guidelines they stating no smoking area. It is placed in the prime location. Highly accessible from the main road. Everything is at a walkable distance, the supermarket restaurants medical store and everything. They have a huge parking space that is a plus point when you are looking for a stay in the city center. Rooms pricing is fine, I think directly calling them and booking is much cheaper because you will get 24 hours room according to your arrival. Rooms are clean and good. On tv i didn't find any channels. Wifi is functional but you can't 100% relay on it. Speed is sometimes very less.. All together...

Zero points. They accept booking on 4/2 and on 21/2 they rudely no booking as no advance paid. But they tell bill can be settled at the hotel direct.
