Seriously the WORST. Would never recommend this shop.
If you want to have some good quality cakes without getting cheated on, THEN DON'T GO HERE.
Basically why I'm telling this is because, we went and ordered cakes for Christmas, they didn't give us the plum cake but it was on the bill. The next day when we went and asked, they were like we put it in the cover and blah blah. (But they didn't and we got the cake) Then again we ordered some more cakes and guess what happened?! I asked only for 750 grams but they put 1 kg in the bill and I paid for it. When I checked the bill after paying, I noticed it and straight away asked them to take the extra packed cake and they refunded the extra amt BUT, the plain cake pieces which they gave us was less compared to what we bought yesterday. (We bought for same quantity only) Like for 1/2 KG cake, there would be at least 17 pieces, but in our pack we had only 14 pieces. For 250 grams, again they gave only 2 pieces.
When we came home and checked it, we immediately called them and asked about it but they were too cool about it and manipulated us by saying it depends on weight. They demanded us to literally come there in person again and check the weight. Like seriously??? Imagine going to same shop again and again for the mistake which the workers did. 🤷🤐 We aren't neighbours to visit the place just like that. 😐
We never excepted this from them. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I don't even know anymore. We customers are not fools here. If you keep cheating on customers, then one day you'll have to close the shop...
Read moreI had been to this bakery since 1998 as I remember. We had given orders for Birthday cakes several times as we were very much satisfied about the quality and taste. This time I had purchased a plum cake on 4th June 2025. It was not fresh and probably had been on the shelf for long time. The cake was very hard and was even difficult to cut. When tasted it was not at all good and tasted even bitter indicating that it was not fresh. I returned the cake almost whole the next morning and though I didn't demand the price paid to be returned the person at the counter told that he was not having cash as it was early morning and the shop was just opened and he shall return the price and asked whether I was having Google Pay facility in my mobile number. I told I am having the facility and he talked to the owner on mobile and promised that I shall receive the price money in my account within 10 lminutes. After about an hour or so I called on the shop land phone and told that I had not received amount. He again told me that I shall receive within 5 minutes and told that he shall check with me. Thereafter I again informed him that I have not received the amount at least another 4 times and finally around 6.30 p.m. or so I called and informed that I had not received. Read moreRecently, my spouse and kids after shopping in Natesan Shopping Mall nearby have been visiting Leo Fortune for snacks - on the way home from School. Last time, got some chat items. Yesterday, got Black Forest cakes. However, when came home, my eldest daughter had almost half of the cake and then we found that it was spoilt. The other cake was also foul. When called up to complain, did not get a helpful response. The shop look good from the outside and is on the main road, but staff have to pay more attention to quality of food and ensure that old cakes (consumables) are promptly thrashed and not sold to customers. Hope we can complain about this to the Government FPO authorities. The sad part about this, is when I asked my daughter now for some cakes to buy, she has become allergic and says "No cakes for about 2-3 months". Hope the management are aware about the sad state of affairs and take prompt & correction...
