London Grill N Shake — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited Kumbakonam with my daughter first time i bering her out of the home really i want to make happy to her there I find ,the London Grill N Shake restaurant, in kumbakonam . it's like one of the worst restaurants in the whole city,

when we got there, the table situation was a mess - they didn't even have one ready for us. after i finally got us seated, i ordered the chicken mamos for my daughter. but when the food came out,I found fly staffed on my food chicken mamos i really shocked an imagable costly restaurant not following the hygienic.

i called over one of the workers to complain, and you know what they said? "yeah, that happens sometimes, no big deal." um, excuse me? i asked to speak to the manager but they just brushed me off.

what a joke of a restaurant, right? i'll definitely be steering clear of that place from now on. just wanted to give you a heads up in case you were ever thinking of...

It was a horrible and unpleasant dining experience in London Grill and Shake.We went twice(14th Feb 2022 and 25th December 2022) to London Grill and Shake for dinner. When we went on 14th February, we ordered a shawarma and we could find a rubber band in it.Luckily my wife could notice that and it was replaced .When we went on 25th December, we ordered a plate shawarma, and again to our bad luck we found a piece of oil packet in the shawarma respectively. Luckily my pregnant wife could notice that and as a result of that she got infected and vomitted after coming home which led to the termination of pregnancy. So people, please be careful of the food items you order and make sure that no foreign bodies are present in the food you order. Food was good. Ordered Natukolli soup. Taste was top-notch. Soup was perfectly made.

Biryani was too oily. That was upsetting as Biryani is always the trademark for any restaurant.

Starters (Portuguese and Lebanese Chicken) were good and was well enough for the price. Tastes were just awesome too.

Couldn't taste japanese ramen and other items as they are only available in the evening.

Would definitely visit it again atleast to taste the variety of dishes.

Last but not the least, ambience is on par with any metro restaurants. Felt like 5 star hotel.! Same is the serving style and reception.!

Visited it again today. Was decent. But due to the huge rush it felt like a bit clumpsy.! But overall food...
