Moshika Bhavan Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Absolute disappointment.. horribly slow service.. food was worse than service.. Waiter forgot about peanut masala for 25 mins.. it took 25 mins for curd rice.. curd rice was literally just mashed rice and curd and minimal tempering.. not even a pickle served along nor had any flavour to it, costed rs. 70! .. just bland like patient food.. idly was not baked in the centre, the sambar was burnt.. when we asked the waiter he said he will ask the chef and get back, which he never bothered to report back even till we left . Lime soda was completely flat..not a single bubble in it.. tea was below average and watery.. worse than what you can expect in a bus stand.. they claim to be a 3 star but didnt match the lable.. the name is Leebenz and deceptively labelled as Moshik.. the waiter who served us also cleaned the neighbouring table, absolutely not maintaining hand hygeine between used items and new ones.. gutted with the experience. Also , they ask if we can share our table with other families, which we had to oblige as they were elderly and we didnt want to hurt them and making them wait longer when the service itself was already slow.. also note, they do cook non veg in the same kitchen but claim to use "separate utensils" ! Absolutely gutted and by far the worst resturant ive ever visited..too expensive for the very poor service and quality.. AVOID , DONT FALL FOR THE AMBIENCE PICTURES AND...

It was not a worth the money we spent we havent booked room to stay, we went for Lunch with family took my parents, wife and kid (2year old)

The servicing person has very angry and frustrating face the person doesnt know what are items included in the South Indian meals option. He has not properly served with any of the items all of them were asked by us instead he gives it without we looking we looked out other plates and asked for things that are to be provided with meals

this is not 24hours restaurant, 12:15 noon we went and lunch was not ready we awaited for 30min but no one came to take order but when we check other, they ordered meanwhile and they got food to eat too

300 Rs meals is not at all worth and all our expectation went down as we hoped moshika was superb from google review and went previous day there was very full crowd where we planned to visit for next day and all these things happened

Hope from now, Someone can put the review about the food and experience they faced as like mine.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Right from the entrance, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that set the tone for what was to come. Despite several empty tables, we were denied seating just because we were a couple — which makes no sense at all.

It was also very clear that if you’re not a Tamilian, you're treated with little to no importance. We felt ignored and unwelcome throughout our visit. What made it worse was that the tables remained empty from the time we arrived to the time we left, yet they still refused to accommodate us.

The food was another letdown — we specifically asked for spicy dishes, but everything came out overly sweet. It's obvious the people in the kitchen are not trained professionals or lack basic cooking skills. If you can’t get basic flavor requests right, it says a lot about the standards.

To top it all off, the place is extremely cramped with no proper parking management Overall, I completely regret stepping into this restaurant. It was a total waste of time, money, and energy. Definitely...
