Manoj bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very bad experience. Don't fall for the appearance of the front, nothing is good inside.

We visited this restaurant today, we visited this restaurant for the first time, so we ordered by looking at the menu.

Everything we ordered was not avails they said, at last we ordered a chat, tea, lemon juice, paniyaaram and a vada.

They said no chutney for paniyaaram, we insisted to provide some, then they freshly made chutneys.

We had asked for Ginger Tea, chukku kappi before ordering tea, they said those are not available. Only after confirming tea is available we ordered but when visited the counter they said it's not available.

Masala Vada, we ordered, cashier billed, but not available at the counter.

Mint lime, not available, so we ordered Lemon Juice. The taste was pathetic, very bitter in taste.

Chat we ordered was the o ly item we got without issues. But, taste was not they great. It's not even tasted like a chat. We can make better at home.

When the billed are not available at the counter, and we asked no one had an answer and each of them are pointing other staff. Know one knows what's available.

Service = 0

I asked a guy repeatedly many times to make a tea, he didn't reply, I complained to the cashier, he asked him to make tea. I visited the tea counter and the boy said he only know to make coffee. What the hell bro.

Kitchen is really a mess, no cleanliness.

First about the positive -

Price is all nominal. Dosa, Kitchidi and many other items starting at ₹59. May be the introductory price.

Being newly launched, there are many negatives that should be addressed.

It doesn't have car parking. Only around 20 people can sit and I think it is better to go for takeaways (believe it is the restaurant's targeted customers too, through Swiggy etc.) Place is not inclusive. I know couple of physically challenged people and both will struggle to climb even a little elevation. There is no ramp here and main entrance has many steps. Breakfast wasn't ready even around 8 A.M, as they were waiting for the items to arrive from the cloud kitchen. Not even glass of water is served in time. It is delayed even after asking for. Service needs to be much improved, as with the some of the fittings like hand wash liquid...

Manoj Bhavan hotel is recently opened in Nesapakkam. We had food twice in this hotel and both the times we had very bad experience. Their service to the customers is worst. Giving four idlys in two small snacks plate. Not giving enough side dish. Served Very less chutney and very less sambar. That side dish quantity is enough for only one idly. Coffee was served in a very small paper cup. Very expensive for this quantity. We gave our suggestions both the time. But no response. Vegetable rice...
