I had ordered a cake for Valentineâs Day and I told the representative that the cake needs to be delivered by 4:30 as I have an appointment post the same else I may not need the delivery. They did commit the same and of course took a premium for the cake and delivery. However, on the day of delivery, they didnât answer any calls or respond to multiple messages. Further, they also did get my delivery address incorrect for the delivery they scheduled at 7pm where I had to already leave for the appointment. Whatâs worse, itâs was a fire cake that they had on display, which could not be stored in the fridge either until we returned as the water droplets would ruin the purpose. Summary, the cake couldnât serve the purpose it was ordered for and had to be given as charity as we couldnt return to collect a cake that was not delivered on time or without any appropriate responses. In fact I tried reaching their delivery guys as I had ordered with them before and they mentioned that the cake wasnât even ready until 5:45. I have all the screenshots and call lists pertaining to the same.
Now on Feb 18th they further shared a post on Instagram saying they had issued a refund and a complimentary cake - however when I and a few others commented on the same for its integrity - they have turned of their comments to cut a incorrect picture to the rest of the world / customers. This shows how un ethical this team is while they have great products. As for me, itâs not the money, but I atleast wanted to reach out to the owner to pass on the feedback and I was told the owner is out on a vacation for month after several requests. After a month - I would come to this post and share screenshots of the communications to show you all if they owner did atleast take the effort to reach out.
They successfully ruined my eve and a lot others but have created an illusion on social media which isnât true for people who had similar experiences. The people involved are Mr Hari - Their manager, Kribakaran the team lead and Ms Abinaya the representative who took the order ( donât extactly remember this name)

Whatâs funny is, itâs not the first time that I have fallen aprey to their negligence and carelessness. I really wonder if every brand that becomes âbigâ becomes this careless. I have been coordinating with them from Canada to place an order for my momâs bday-which is today.Despite giving them all the details they required they said they will get back to me âshortly.â But it seems like the time in their kitchen has frozen due to the set room temperature! They have not even bothered to get in touch, there is no response on calls although they are online! Clearly Seems like every review here is a paid promotion, a cheap marketing tactic, cos even if there was a negative rating I could give, I would give them the least. One of the worst companies with regard to taste (speaking through previous experience ) and now with regard to correspondence. Please take my advice guys, rather go with giving orders to small scale businesses than these big company frauds, cos Iâm sure they would be much more approachable and reachable than such scammers.

Cake delivery is by today . Please see the below
a) size is not up to standard ,looks alike 350gm. b) it is not a sweet cake .I would call as a bitter cake. Caramel is so bitter in taste. c) Cake is very dry and not a fresh cake.Even a petty shop has a fresh made cake .I have instructions that make with more cake and less cream .But they did not follow that less cake and full of cream. d) taste is very poor . I never had a this much worst cake ever in my life. e) I will resend this cake to your address and please taste it . f) Please give me a contact of that person who baked this . I will ask will he do like this for his family? g) Please learn correctly and properly & then start your business. h) cake cost is higher than other good player in the market but worst service and very worst taste.luckily I did not order other flavours and cupcake I)You are just earning trust when few of your known customer are buying frequently and really breaking other customers just delivering this kind of waste product. J) For this kind of service , they are asking us to confirm the order before 5 days and calling this type of cake as healthy cake. And the most important if we share the feedback they are blocking us.
