When someone's asks them which food they can get quickly and after that food is ordered it takes around 20 minutes for them to serve it. When asked for hot water no one cares to pour or serve water. Sweet corn chicken soup is actually a sweet what a disgusting gutter thing to do to a customer. Washrooms have water sprayed all over the bathroom walls on both the seats no toilet paper and even for handwash no proper liquid very little liquid. Only one thing was good it was the parking and greetings sure for that you should pay the money not for the other things for which a hotel/restaurant is for right. For somebody who fasting or anyone who wants to take pleasure of eating then u will end up in regret and that experience not only shatters and destroys your mood and messes up with your emotions, which in turn leads to problem with your family people.
Thanks for your response as per your reply you still want me to say what issues i faced. Mutton biriyani took more than 20 minutes to serve when i asked specifically which item is ready and i can get it fast. No water served even after asking for hot water then we had to serve ourselves, This should be told to customer's that they should serve water themselves. When someone asks for sweet corn chicken soup does it mean in any way it should be sweet like rasagulla when eaten the left over water mixed with the flavour of the sweets. It was that much sweet half soup was not drank because of the pathetic taste.
Please let me know that if u want me to say the same words to be repeated again and again will do till u get to understand the problems faced by customers in your restaurant.

For the first 15 minutes, no one took our order, and we weren't served water. Eventually, someone came to assist us. We ordered BBQ chicken, mutton biryani, nalli chops, and parota, clearly instructing them to bring the BBQ chicken first along with some onions and lemon.
However, they brought the other food first, and 10 minutes later, they brought the BBQ without kuboos (naan bread). They still hadn't brought the onions and lemon by the time we started eating till the end they haven't brought it. There were many flies around, so we requested that they cover our food with foil. Some time later, a cockroach appeared on our table, and we asked them to move our food to another table the staff did not apologize and seemed like this is very usual.
There was another waiter whom we asked to bring some water, but he took his time and even after bringing the water, he placed it on the table without any apology and left. We reported all these issues to the floor manager, but he was not actively supervising the floor as he should have been. When we mentioned that we were food influencers on Instagram, his attitude suddenly changed, given us a proper response. But we felt it's unfair even he should have a sense of responsibility even for common customers.

As per your advertisement at Vijay TV Cook with Comali last week season, your MD also came in that advertisement. He said on 12th August 2025, from 7.00 am to 12.00 am, in all our outlets, you can get biryani for 149.00. As per that fake advertisement, today we had a good experience.
We are located at Redhills. My daughter said, 'Appa, in Vijay TV at Thalappakatti offer, shall we bring biryani home?'
With my 2 daughters from Kolathur school, we went to your first Permbur outlet to get biryani around 4.45pm.
Your executive told you today at 8.00 pm you can get food our other outlets.
Based on what this fool said again, we, my 2 daughters and I, went to the Santhi Colony and Anna Nagar outlets. We went at 5.30 pm, and we were asking for biryani. Your executive (black pants and white shirt) said all the food on offer was over in the afternoon itself.
I asked him then why your MD and Vijay TV advertisement mentioned that from 7.00am to 12.00am you get 149.00 biryani in all our outlets. Why are you giving fake advertisements?
