Review of Aasife biryani Chromepet, Tamil Nadu, India I am a food lover, and I enjoy eating biriyani. I tried different restaurants in our place, but what interests me most is the Aasife biriyani Restaurant @ Chromepet which is located at the heart of chromepet, so called (Mini Mambalam), one of the biggest now. The restaurant has a seating capacity of approximately 220 people. They have several food stations. Although the name Aasife biriyani speaks for itself, their food stations consist of Indian, chinese and Arabian food. They includes a variety of food because of competition. I enjoyed eating at this restaurant because of its affordability, delicious food, and the beautiful setting. There are a variety of salads in their salad station: fruit, vegetable, and seafood. Their main meal is composed of chicken, mutton, and fish. For dessert, they serve ice cream, brownies, gulab jamun, bread halwa and different kinds of milk shakes, Jigardhanda. For their beverages, they serve fresh juice, but chocolate milk is my favorite. The food is excellent so it’s well worth the price. Biriyani is excellent and healthy here. Their special mojito is the restaurant’s crowning glory. I tried their falooda too, but it fills me up right away. A typical Aasife restaurant, there were pictures hanging, but I love the interior of this place. From chromepet bridge, it looks like a aasife ballon which is engraved on the restaurant’s wall. The hanging lamp gives warmth and serenity of the area. Their utensils and drink dispensers are organized and the carpet is very clean. They have a huge infrastructure where most of the children are enjoying and the wash room is clean and odor free. Its affordable price attracts customers to give it a try. Their delicious food is so inviting. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect place to eat and bond...
Read moreThere is Hyderabadi Biriyani, there is Mughal Biriyani, there is Avadhi Biriyani, there is Malabar Biriyani and then there is Ambur Biriyani. Ambur Biriyani uses the small sized but aromatic Jeera Sambha rice for their Biriyani. Star Biriyani is once of the best places to try our the Ambur Biriyani. The Mutton Biriyani with their small sized but tender morsels of Mutton is truly and experience. The love this biriyani but there are people who do not like this biriyani too but looking at the crowd which walks into this this huge place in Ambur will tell you why they are famous. The taste is good. The place is air conditioned and reasonably clean.Do not expect ambiance as the crown keep pouring in. The service is very very quick but do not expect a smile or personal touches. Just get in 2.Eat your biriyani 3.You get out . Do not expect the niceties or smiles. The only smiles will be your own after eating a decent biriyani. We were returning from Chennai with couple of office colleagues and decided to stop for dinner. Initially I was apprehensive about biryani being hot and quality of non veg. But I was pleasantly surprised by the food as well as quality of mutton. Prices are reasonable, decent place to sit and reasonable priced soft drinks. After a lot of vegetarian stopovers, we needed a non vegetarian place to guffaw. So landed at this place which is considered an old hand at biryanis.Tasted three different varieties of biryanis which was mouthful and stomachful. Biryani served on banana leaves as tradition taste tummy and nice. The place is good maintains good hygiene. State level very famous. On chennai bangalore high way. Honestly needed a valet to...
