Tamilnadu style taste, but not very authentic. Comparing other Chettinadu style restaurant dishes, this is good. Had dinner here - Parota, Kalaki (a variety omlette) and Chicken Chettinadu. Total expense is Rs.185, very cost effective. But only 16 people can accommodate at one stretch. This is my first visit, surprised to see family walk-in to "Muniyandi Vilas". Service wise they have to improve alot or we should not keep any service oriented expectations in this environment. In velachery you cant get much local food for madurai side hotels. And this one is very near to vijayanagar bus stand " Madurai sree pandian " normal size hotel but parotta and guruma you will get that south style masala taste and each 20 rs and kalakki 20 rs with salna mixed 👍🏻. Mutton chukka 200rs but 2 person can taste it well. Only one concern is they are very large aize chapathi for just 25 rs. I was wonderes how this much thwy are giving thia much cheap but chapaththi is bit hard. I loved that size with that cheap rateand tried 4 times but only once i got soft. A part from that you will.
