Lousy and rude guys. I have booked for a hall for a family function. Without informing us they had switched off the power at 5.30 p.m without informing us. When enquired first they told us that there is no EB power supply and they are operating on DG supply. But their restaurant was functioning without any interruption. Further, they said there is no DG supply to their function hall, for which I got surprised. How in the world they can give DG power only to their restaurant but not to the function hall. We got a suspicion of and enquired nearby shops. We found out that there is no EB power shutdown. When we confronted them, later they admitted that deliberately they switched off the power when function was going on in order to vacate us. We were shocked when we were told this reason. I had argued that it is not fair to switch off the power, without informing us. So that either we would have paid extra or got permission to continue our function. Their behaviour was rude and unethical. I do not recommend these people for any of your family function. They will spoil your happiness and will make sure you end up...

Very bad experience.. waiters will bring a Vada as extra in any dish you order.. you feel it's complimentary and part of that dish. But they ll add a seperate bill for that. When complained, even the owner speaks rudely.. waiters are good but a few are rude.. Rava dosa was the worst that i had.. biryani not up to mark.. sapaad was nice n good n rate is less but they show faces when you ask extra apalam

When given a feedback for improvement... The hotel owner sitting in cabin speaks unprofessional with you and says it's a business.. we are here for profit so we will keep vada in ur plate along with ur orders even if you don't order.. if you want you reject it.. Cos we are here to make money...

Extremely disappointing experience in terms of both service and food. The staff behaved as if we were there for a free meal, and the manager’s attitude was especially unprofessional.

We had a small function planned with around 15–20 people and had already coordinated with the manager in advance for breakfast, even reconfirmed on the morning of the event.

Despite this, we were not even provided drinking water without repeatedly asking—sometimes having to raise our voices just to get basic service. This reflects the overall poor level of hospitality, and needless to say, ordering food was equally...
