Worst experience single puff like veg puff or mushroom puff or paneer puff cost ₹48 - ₹50 each and taste also very worst under the new French loaf.

I would like to inform you that old French loaf had a great taste with happy hours and good quality puffs.

But at present French loaf very worst even after paying ₹50 for each puffs not nice.

If you would have purchased for ₹20 at a local bakery near your location that itself quality and tastier and i could get 10 puff for ₹200 at local place with a good quality and good taste. But at French loaf I will get only 4 puff.

But having paid ₹50 for each puff taste was bad and I am hereby totally dissatisfied with taste and price.

I request to check yourself and post your review at French loaf by comparing with local bakery.

I will not recommend French...

I ordered for a birthday cake through swiggy. I was shocked to see that thwy just scribbled on the cake and when I asked for it he said that he will exchange but swiggy was not ready to exchange and the person at the French loaf shop switched off his phone and making me to go to his shop all the way from Thiruvanmiyur. And the worst part of it was and on the exchanged cake also he just scribbled and you know how much was the cake it was 1150.very poor customer service and he did not ask apology for what he has done.so, please avoid going to adyar French loaf. This happened...

Today I stopped buy to have a milkshake and a mushroom quich, she was quite rude and the quich was cold .. I was still eating , when the girl working there demanded that I leave as she wanted to go for lunch and that was about 10.45am or 11am..is this the way to treat customers.. I see so many complaints about your staff from this outlet at Adyar..don't you think it's time to do something..your TTK Road outlet for example the staff are so good...
