It's a small walkin walk out cafe which is a point up for chai lovers, chai is normal but ads on a brand to it, value more, they have Verity of combo offered with chaya and snacks, both non veg and veg snacks are available, people who are handling costumers are bit confused before and after taking orders, as a result we got one cup of tea extra, even they don't know why they served it to us. Snacks are of medium quality, they have ice tea verities too,

Guyss I just ordered their poha and other packaged snacks.. the poha which they gave was so horrible... It feels so artificial, salty....it's something. Please try to avoid it if you are a new customer and if u want to try it. Other things which I ordered were packed snacks so it's fine. Also I ordered through one of the food delivery app but there is nothing they could do about this. Chai kings pls look into it. U named it classic poha but it was sooooo bad and artificial. I don't knw what you are...

Customer service is the worst in chai kings adayar branch, the employee don't know ENGLISH or TAMIL, not sure whether doesn't know or is refusing to talk. The male employee is keep on talking in Hindi and gets ANGRY when I ask him to repeat what he mentioned which I doesn't understand and slammed the flask, this is unparliamentary behavior. I have been visiting chai kings for a very long time but have never experienced this kind of behaviour before. Worst service...
