One of theee ..... worst Outlet in Chennai....I tried many outlets in Chennai cause of the taste of wow as their name itself but for this outlet I ordered on New year night 2025 and I received the ordered momos after I tasted I was doubted myself like ....do I ordered from somewhere else by mistake.....the delivered item was tooo chill and the momos where too dry .... taste was too poor compared to other outlets allover in Chennai and today I directly gone to the outlet and I ordered a veg pan fried momos and the staff present there Said it's out of stock....then I came out of the outlet and saw on Swiggy and in that I saw it was available on Swiggy from this outlet....so I don't want to argue there so I ordered from Swiggy and went to my home to receive it ...and after an 20 mins I received the order....I ordered one panfried momo combo with a addon of peri peri dip and this time it's worst of all......the Peri peri dip wasn't with it ....no cutlery and tissue was not there and the taste was like.....a cardboard nothing was there I think that's why the employee said it's out of stock........one of the worst Outlet..... please change these things otherwise it will spoil the...

I have taken dine in and take a meal of 1 steamed momos and 1 combo meal and another 1 dargiling momos , and 1 combo meal
Before that I try to pay the amount but your staff said that Card mission is not started you just take and meal we will proceed after so that I have taken a meal and ready to pay so I ask for bill , but he said the system is not working and card mission also not working , so he said me to pay GPay , so scanned the QR code near by the system , but he refused that and asked me to put they payment in is personal account , so I refused that and I asked to put the card mission ( because for swigy he giving printing bill so I cought a doubt on him and I asked for bill after some few arguments he as accepte that and once he given the bill , the amount was different and the card mission is working gud ( after that I noticed because I know about the mission I tried) itās working gud
So pls take action ,

Order ID: 2925 Order Time: 5:14 PM Restaurant: Wow Momo The order was delivered on time. The first momo I tasted was really good. However, among the 5 pieces of momo, one piece turned out to be paneer momo.
š As a non-vegetarian, I can adjust when a veg item comes in a non-veg order. But the reverse ā if veg eaters receive non-veg food ā it can be a very serious issue.
Next, when I opened the combo rice, it was undercooked and the taste clearly indicated that it was frozen packed food. Being in the food industry for over 8 years, I can easily identify the difference between freshly cooked food and frozen items.
Considering the brand reputation and the price charged, I expected better quality and standards. Customers order online from platforms like Swiggy and Zomato trusting both quality and hygiene.
I am not specifically requesting a refund or complimentary coupon, but I expect an acknowledgement and assurance that such issues will not be...
