Lapinoz Pizza Manikonda — Restaurant in Telangana

We recently ordered takeaway from La Pinoz, Manikonda. The pizzas were really good—perfectly made with a nice balance of toppings, cheese, and crust. They had a fresh taste, were baked well, and arrived warm, which was impressive for a takeaway order. Definitely one of the better pizza options in the area!

However, the pasta was quite disappointing. It had an odd smell that made it unappetizing. We were expecting a creamy, flavorful dish, but it completely missed the mark. It was filled with red chili powder to coverup the office smell. It didn’t feel fresh, and we ended up eating just one bit and thrown remaining. That was a big letdown.

Since we opted for takeaway, we can’t comment on the dine-in experience or service. The packaging was decent, and the order was ready on time, so no complaints there. But given our experience, I’d recommend sticking to pizzas if you’re ordering from here.

I would like to share a horrible incident with this outlet particularly. I have ordered two veg pizza on 17th September which did not get delivered due to unavailability of rider.

I got a call from outlet that you will get the refund within 24 hours and I have waited for 2 days for refund. After that I called the outlet multiple times as call was not picked by anyone. Once it was picked by one person and he promised that you will get refund in phonepe soon.. he took my number.

I have waited again for 2 hours and then called again as I did not get any notification about initiation of refund. There was no record that they have even initiated the refund process. The guy who picked the call was very rude which I find very unprofessional.
