I recently had the pleasure of trying out the KFC Ultimate Chicken Bucket, and I must say, it was an absolutely heavenly experience. As someone who adores KFC, I can confidently say that this meal exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

First and foremost, the portion size of the Ultimate Chicken Bucket was more than sufficient for two people. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of chicken included in the bucket. It was a true feast that left us both satisfied and content.

Order ID 6481593158 I ordered from KFC Joynagar Agartala on 29/12/2024 at 09:28 pm. I ordered Ultimate Savings Bucket and Chicken Mingles Bucket. But to my utter surprise I received only Ultimate savings bucket. Mingles Bucket was missing. I contacted Zomato support but was informed that as the restaurant was unreachable nothing can be done. This is not at all expected from a multinational food chain like KFC. It has ruined its reputation. I recently ordered from KFC Agartala, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The mistakes and shortcomings I encountered during my order have left me with a negative impression of the establishment.

Firstly, despite ordering the Ultimate Savings Bucket, I was disappointed to find that it did not come with the promised mayo dips and Pepsi. This lack of attention to detail and failure to provide the complete package was quite frustrating.

Additionally, there was a mix-up with the sizes of my popcorn and fries. Instead of receiving the large popcorn and medium fries that I had ordered, I received a medium popcorn and large fries. Such mistakes not only affected the overall value I expected from my order but also showcased a lack of care in fulfilling customer requests accurately.

To make matters worse, even though I paid for a double chicken roll, I received a classic chicken roll instead. This discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received showcases a disregard for customer preferences and satisfaction.

Worst experience of having food tonight at KFC Agartala outlet. There's a small earthquake like trembling today while we were seating at the first floor of the outlet. We immediately ran out of the restaurant along with another couple who was also seating at the first floor. Just after a minute we went back inside and was suprised to see all our food kept at the table cleared by the KFC guy. However, the another couple's food kept exactly at the table. Being an outsider it felt really bad when such things are being done intentionally. We were outside just for a minute while KFC staff was also standing outside with us. But one guy intentionally done this with us. On questioning him he said he thought we left the restaurant while our belongings are kept at the table. Had food in almost all outlets of KFC through out India but never got such treatment anywhere else. Worst and cheap mentality. Just wanted to add that this happened after 5 minutes of the delivery so you can understand the entire food was intact and not even touched all items which we were ordered like Chicken Bucket, Choco Lava, Pepsi and Mineral water. It's easily understood that nobody will left restaurant without touching all this items. It takes fool like this KFC guy to did this.
