Adorned with Courtesy of Nawab are an elegant aura that pampers the various dishes from authentic Mughlai to Chinese, Continental cuisines Coming over to Food if we talk about in appetizers we were served : 1- Dahi ke Kebabs - Hunged curd was sweet in taste since we were served Mint Chutney so the taste was balanced 2-Wonton Soup - The perfect taste of Wonton and flavors were balanced 3- ManChow Soup 4- Galouti Kebab - The taste of Cinnamon was bit high,else the taste was good of mutton Kebabs 5-Crispy Corn - 6-Ceasar Salad - since they have to improve their presentation since the croutons and seasoning was missing 7- burnt Garlic Chilli Noodles - Since the burnt Garlic taste was not as per the name But the flavors were tasty 8-Banta Banaras - The Taste of Banaras same like Pan Mojito which has refreshing flavors of mint, Mint Leaves ,lemon 9-Murg tikka - Chicken were tendor properly and the balance was perfect with the presentation 10- Paneer Manchurian and Malai Kofta -The taste of Paneer Manchurian was good ,Paneer was soft and Juicy in taste ,Malai kofta was sweet in Taste it was compliment with Mirchi ki Roti 11- Rock Salt Chicken with Black Pepper - Rock Salt is Sendha Namak which locks the moisture and flavor to create a Juicy, tender Chicken which was compliment with Khamiri Roti 12- Chicken Lagni - chicken Pieces were perfect tender properly, spices were perfect. 13-Mutton Rogan Ghosh - The Gravy was full of Spices, would recommend people who are non Veg lover to try this dish 14-Chicken Biryani - Since this was Dum Chicken Biryani ,Served in Clay Pot It was Topped with Egg 15-Shahi Tukda - since we were late in clicking pictures so the Shahi Tukda was soggy but the flavors of Dry Fruits were flavorful 16- Darsaan with Ice-cream - this dish was new for me as this has Wonton Strips, Tossed with Honey and Topped with scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream and Chocolate Syrup

If you're looking for a decent place for family dine-in or brunch with friends then believe me Aman-e-khas will serve you the best...Top-notch hospitality , attentive staff, quick service and delicious food with a royal ambience having antiques all over and dim lightings....Talking about food: Veg manchow And Chicken soup= Both the soups were well prepared...Both soups had subtle herbs and spices yet were flavourful..

2.Dahi ke kebab and mutton galouti kebabs: Dahi kebabs are a must try...mutton galouti kebabs were tender and soft...Green chutney served with it was perfect..

3.Corn Salt n pepper were perfectly crispy but the amount of pepper was a bit more in it..

Bhatti ka murgh {murgh tikka} had a smoky flavour , tender and perfectly cooked with subtle spices..

Burnt butter garlic noodles: As a whole the taste was nice but didn't justified it's name as prominent garlic flavour was missing

6.Veg Caesar salad : It needs a lot of improvement..Dressing weren't good and croutons were missing..

7.Chilli paneer and malai kofta: Chilly paneer was nice but malai kofta was extra sweetish in taste..

Rock salt chicken: for those who love to have chicken in Chinese style...Not very spicy but flavourful..

Chicken lagani: it was simply delicious , perfect blend of spices , mildly spiced with tender perfectly cooked chicken pieces...A must try !!

Mutton Rogan Josh: The best Rogan josh curry I have tasted till now...What an amazing amalgamation of different spices ! Extremely flavourful and highly recommended ..!

Chicken Biryani: Served in a clay pot , taste was nice , had both egg and chicken in it...

Drinks= I loved their "Banta banarasi= flavour was of meetha paan", highly recommended from my end... "Watermelon mojito" was refreshing but "Anna panna" needs a bit improvement..

Deserts: "Shahi tukda" was soft and tasty with dry fruits dressing.."Darsan with Icecream" = sweet wonton strips topped with icecream and chocolate syrup.it was a bit more sweetish but being a sweet tooth I loved it..

Not only in taste, they excelled in presentation as well..Quantity is worth according to the money and taste..All in all we had a wonderful brunch..Moreover they are planning to bring few more authentic dishes in their menu like mandi etc...Special discounts are available for B.H.U....
