This was the worst experience of my life. I took my entire extended family for a party at their buffet and the service was below sub standard, basically non existent. We had to ask for EVERYTHING. They didn’t get our drinks and we had to ask them. The appetizeres that they served were only served again when we asked them at least 4 times. They did not clear our dirty plates of the appetizers until we asked them. Their grill was switched off and half the items on the menu were not available. We went to get the main course at 9.30 pm and the serving stoves were empty. We were told to wait for a couple of minutes and after 20 minutes we were asked to get our food. There were no serving spoons in any of the main course induction stoves. We had to keep asking them for spoons. They did not even have forks to eat the chowmein they had served. The ice creams were kept in and extremely dirty freezer and when we asked for the kulfi, we were told that it’s not on the menu. They gave wooden forks to the kids to eat their ice cream, which was just APPALLING. I was dying of embarrassment internally and felt like running away in front of all of my guests. After the meal, they gave a basket of mouth fresheners. After I implored them, they said they will have a look and see if paan shots are available. The ones that they got were extremely stale. When I got the bill, it was for ₹6147 and my heart just sank because I was paying that amount from my hard earned money for the most terrible dinner I had in my life. The house help that I have gives better service than the trained staff over there. If I had an option, I’d give it zero stars. I am planning to go to the consumer court and get this place shut. I have been sharing my experience in colours restaurant actually some days ago my frnd Godhbhari is there that's why I visti this place So it's a hotel where there are rooms and banquets for function and restaurant 2 type it's open area and one restaurant. They are banquet it's good 👍 if you are internetest for function then have 300 gathering in this one banquet And Inberiamce is also good look Second one is room i dont see the room buy it's costly they should down the room rate I think and don't say anything about room just because I didn't see the room There are threee restaurant ground floor third floor and fourth floor There are look was awesome for party family get together birthday party and any function Ground floor and roof top restaurant both restaurant is look vies good Restaurant gathering is 100 to 150 may be Service is ohk ohk I am not saying it's too much good I am saying that ohk but you should improve your service.... Okay, So My Hopes Were High From this Place as it is a part of Royal Cafe Restaurant Chain, One Of The Best Place to hangout and Have Good Food. But My Experience was Bad, Real Bad !! I Liked The Starters Here But, Main Course Was Literally Awful, Service Was So Delayed, and The Waiters here were Slow !! The Paneer I ordered Had dis odd Taste in it which was absolutely Disgusting !! In Chicken Gravy Dere Was dis smell and Taste of Old and smelling Cream !! Me And My friends only ate few bites and we were so Done !!😕 This Place Has A Good Interior Decoration but lacked in the main element, that Is Food And Its Quality !!
